"Wait Ms. Williams how does the myth end", a student asked. "Good question Lina we don't know", Ms. Williams answered as she shrugged her shoulders. "Some say y/n turned to stone, she lived or even struck down by almighty Zeus himself", she added. "But what we do know is that Y/n loved Medusa and Medusa loved her as well", she stated. Another student raised his hand. "Yes Johnathan", Ms. Williams said. "If she was blind then how did she turn to stone", he asked. "Supposedly Perseus knew about Y/n being blind so he asked Apollo for something that will heal her sight", Ms. Williams answered. "Wow that's messed up", Imani sighed.
"She's a monster though so I think they deserve it", Tanner said. "Shut it Tanner", Imani snapped. "Yeah, you're just as bad as Zeus", Lina added. "What why! She was gorgon, a monster wasn't she", Tanner asked. "Looks like someone wasn't listening", Ms. Williams sighed. "In my class we have one saying, Medusa was a victim, not a monster", she stated. "Repeat what I said", she said. "Medusa was a victim, not a monster", the class repeated causing Ms. Williams to smile as she clapped her hands.
"Alright now let's move on to the Odyssey section class", she cheered causing the students to stand up and began to rush to the next exhibit. Ms. Williams was about to follow them, but stopped when she saw one of her students standing in front of the Medusa and Y/n statue.
"I something wrong Renata", Ms. Williams asked. "I wish I could see the statues", she sighed. "If I could I would let you touch them", Ms. Williams sighed. "But if it helps you do look like their child", Ms. Williams giggled. "Really", Renata cheered. "Yep, you have Y/n's features and if you were to dye your hair green you'll probably look like their child even more", Ms. Williams stated. "Its funny because I'm getting green braids put in this weekend", Renata explained. "Excellent! Now let's catch up with the class shall we ", Ms. Williams said. Renata nodded her head as she grabbed onto Ms. Williams hand. See Renata was blind and needed Ms. Williams to guide her through the museum. Renata turned her head around, she couldn't see of course but she felt a pull towards Y/n's statue, almost as if she knew y/n herself.
"Renata dear are you okay", Ms. Williams asked. Renata snapped out of her daze as she felt tears form in her right eye. She wiped it away before they fell down her cheeks and smiled at the teacher. "Yes, I'm fine thank you", she replied as they continued on to the next section of the museum.
