One month later: 4 months into pregnancy

(y/n)'s POV
"You know I'm not a real doctor. I didn't finish med school so I don't know if I'm doing this right." Ari was gently rubbing gel on my stomach to prepare for an ultrasound.

Anakin was standing next to me holding my hand, "I know but I don't trust anyone else with my wife and child. So just wing it I guess." He shrugged.

She let out a chuckle as she finished applying the gel and began moving the transducer along my stomach, "Well I feel honored."

"You should," I rolled my eyes, "He doesn't even leave me alone with the younglings." Ari stopped what she was doing and raised her brows at him.

"Seriously?"

"Kids can be spies too!" He shouted in defense causing both us girls to laugh. He is one paranoid man, not that I blame him of course.

"I'm sure they can be honey." I patted his hand and gave him a little sarcastic smile.

Ari snorted as she drew her attention back to me, "Crazy."

He folded his arms over his chest in a pout, "I'm not crazy."

"Excuse me but do you have authorization to use this room and equipment?" One of the temple nurses was standing just outside of the room with her arms crossed in a scolding manner as she glared at Ari.

"You know, I think I have it here somewhere," Ari set the tool in her hand down and pulled off her gloves. She began patting her pockets while walking towards the nurse. As soon as she reached the door she placed her hand in her pocket, "Oh here it is." She pulled out the middle finger and slammed the door shut, locking it.

I let out a little chuckle at what just happened while Anakin was next to me buckling over with laughter, "Did you see her face!" He let out in between laughs.

"I've never liked her." Our friend shrugged as she walked back to us to continue the exam, "So since you force juju people can feel your kids life force and know he's okay, then why the ultrasound? She asked as she sat back in her chair and put on a new pair of gloves. We could hear the nurse knocking on the doors and complaining, but all three of us decided to ignore it.

"Anakin insisted." I shrugged, I tried talking him out of it. I told him that it wasn't necessary because I know how our baby is doing, every minute of every day. But he was very persistent about this.

He squeezed my hand gently, "I want to see him, you got to see him already and I haven't."

I looked up at him confused, "What? Yes you have."

He knitted his brows together, "No I haven't."

"Anakin we saw him together in your dream, he was running in the fields chasing a butterfly." I informed him and I watched as his confused face went to one of realization.

"That was him? I knew there was something familiar about him," A bright smile appeared on his face, "He's a handsome little devil isn't he? Wonder where he gets it from." He smirked and I did my best to hold in my eye roll at his cockiness.

"Clearly not from you." Ari commented causing me to burst into laughter as Anakin shot her an annoyed glare. "Alright here it is." She turned the monitor so we could see the mix of white and gray on the screen. "You're only at four months so he's barely the size of a small fruit but that's him right there." She pointed to something and even though I couldn't tell, and I'm sure Anakin couldn't either, he was still very excited.

"He's so cute." He smiled happily as he walked up to the monitor and pressed his fingers to it. I loved watching him be excited over our child, it was the most heart warming thing I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. He looked to me with the biggest smile on his face, "You're seeing this right?" He turned his attention back to the screen, "I can't wait to meet you." He spoke to the monitor which I found silly since he could just speak to my stomach, but I'd rather not ruin his moment.
