Your POV
Rivendell
After your time with Elrond, you found some peace. You slept comfortably until almost the day's end. You had realized just how tired you truly were. You put on a gown Elrond had brought you. It was sage.
This but Sage
It was beautiful but you still rather wear your hunting clothes. You knew you must meet with Gandalf about your departure. You made your way outside to see your beloved, Morarquen. He happily ran to you but you could see he was mocking you in a dress. Even your horse.
You smiled and jumped on his bareback. You raced through the field along the river and let your hair fly free. You knew this was possibly the last time you would ever see Rivendell. A thousand lifetimes would never be enough time to bask in its beauty.
Morarquen seemed to note that this was goodbye for these forsaken lands and ran with grace and longing. You slowly got up from his back and placed your feet where you once sat. You then moved to Morarquen's ear.
"Please. Don't let me fall..." Though you said pertaining to this ride, you both knew it to be for the rest of your lives. Your horse didn't even jest this time. He just kept running swiftly. You slowly stood on your horse and spread your arms.
The sky reflected the color of your dress and the clouds looked like wisps in the air. The sun gleamed through every once of possible light. The wind was everywhere. Engulfing you. You became one with the air. It rippled through your clothes and your mind. The field seemed never-ending like you could run forever and never have to run back. The possibilities left you awestruck. This is a moment you would never forget.
After an hour of riding you let Morarquen go and told him to return to you at dawn. You sought to find Gandalf. He must be close by now. You were on your way to his chambers when you saw Arwen walking towards you. You were never really close with her. Yes, you were considered friends and family but your bond was not even a tenth as close as the one you had with her father and brothers. She would often ask for advice from you and you from her.
She seemed troubled. "Arwen, you look lovely." You greeted. She smiled, but it was quick. "As do you Daevina." She bowed a little bit. You could sense something was troubling her. "Mellon nin, what's bothering you?" You ask sincerely. She let out a sigh.
"As you know I have gotten the gift of foresight from my father." You simply nodded. You had only heard it in passing. You thought her gift was not very strong yet. " I have seen something in my future. Something with someone." She paused again. You took her trembling hands. She looked up at you. She seemed to hold back but for who's sake, you did not know.
"Go on, you can tell me anything and I will listen." She nodded and started again. "I have seen who I shall give my heart to..." You smiled. "and my immortality." Your smile dropped. She was to love a human. How irregular. You were not against it, only surprised. "A mortal?" She nodded still trying to gauge your reaction. You then smiled. "That is wonderful. Truly. I am so glad you will find love and be happy. Do you know who this man is?" Your question stopped her breath.
