A few days had past and I was finally allowed to come home, I was waiting for the boys to pick me up but they were running late, what I didnt know is that they were decorating the house.
"Right, we really should go and pick up Sophie" Shane said
"Look, why dont you go with Ryan and I'll stay here and finish" Nicky said
"Are you feeling okay?" Shane asked his husband, he looked concerned.
"Honey, I'm fine, just go" Nicky said
Shane walked over to JJ who was playing in his play pen.
"JJ, daddy is going to go and pick up aunty Sophie and your little cousins" Shane said
"Okay daddy, I love you" JJ said
"Love you" Shane said and kissed JJ on his head, Shane went back over to Nicky and gave him a kiss.
"You sure you dont want me to take JJ?" Shane said
"I'll be okay" Nicky said
"Okay, see you soon" Shane said, Ryan and Shane left.
"Pappa?" JJ said
"Yes Darlin" Nicky said
"Are you gonna die?" JJ asked
Nicky walked over to JJ and sat down.
"Of course not" Nicky said
"But you've been very poorly" JJ said
"I have, but I'm getting better" Nicky said
"Do you promise, your not gonna die" JJ said
"I promise" Nicky said
Nicky knew JJ was getting tried so he took him up to bed, he finally got him settled at went back downstairs to finish decorating.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Shane and Ryan arrived at the hospital, they walked in and came to my room, Ryan came over and gave me a kiss. Isacc and Hunter were asleep.
"You ready to go home?" Shane asked
"Yes, I cant wait to get back into my own bed and get things settled with my sons" I said, Shane picked up one car seat and Ryan did the same and we left.
We finally arrived back home, we got out of the car and walked in, I was over whelmed the house looked amazing.
"Welcome home!" Nicky said as he gave me a hug.
"Where's JJ?" I asked
"He's asleep" Nicky said
"Right, lets go and put Isacc and Hunter in thier cots" Ryan said, Shane handed me Isacc and me and Ryan walked up the stairs to our room and put them to bed.
"Honey, when you were gone, JJ asked me if I was going to die" Nicky said
"He did?" Shane said
"Yeah, I said I wasn't going to die, he knows I've been poorly and I said I promise him that I wouldnt die" Nicky said, Shane gave his husband a kiss.
"When is your next chemo?" Shane asked
"Umm, Thursday" Nicky said
"Well, we can't take JJ with us and its gonna be to long, so I'll ask my mum and dad to look after him, we cant ask Sophie as she will have to much with Isacc and Hunter" Shane said
