You're Still The One I Want

Its been a couple of months and Nicky was finally on the mend, he only had one chemo session left and Nicky and Shane were stronger than ever. I was now 5 months pregnant and during my last scan my midwife said I was having twins, twin boys, Needless to say me and Danny were shocked but we couldnt be happier, it will be a struggle but I have two of the bestest friends to help, and of course Shane and Nicky were god parents, Danny asked me to marry him and of course I said yes. 

Shane was in the recording studio, Shane and Nicky have been married for 3 years and he was writing a song for him.  Whlist Danny was at work Shane and Nicky said I could come over there. 

"So, you doing anything for yours and Shane's wedding annivarsary?" I asked Nicky. 

"Well, for being such a great husband and for supporting me through this, I'm gonna take Shane away for a couple of days" Nicky said 

"Where?" I asked 

"Venice" Nicky said

"Wow" I said 

"I know what your thinking...I've spoken to my doctor and he said its fine as long as I take it slow" Nicky said 

"Anway, hows the pregnacy going?" Nicky asked 

"Its going well, even though I look like a whale...my feet are swollen...need I go on" I said 

"Sorry, I asked" Nicky said 

Shane came down the stairs. 

"Sophie, can I borrow you?" Shane said 

"Of course" I said, Nicky helped me up.

Me and Shane went upstairs and walked into the studio and I sat down. 

"What is it?" I asked 

"I've written a song for Nicky for our annivarsary but....I mean....I'm not sure if he will like it...so can you listen to it and tell me what you think?" Shane asked

"I'm sure it will be fine and I'm sure he will love it but yes I will" I said 

"Thank you" Shane said 

'Looks like we made it

Shane finished, it was amazing, I know Nicky is gonna love it. 

"So?" Shane said 

"He will love it" I said 

"Everything I have said in the song is true" Shane said 

"I know" I said 

"I'm gonna go and get him" Shane said 

Shane left to get Nicky, they came up and Nicky sat down. 

"Sweetie, is everything okay?" Nicky said 

"Fine" Shane said 

"Okay, I have a suprise for you,  I have booked us tickets to Venice, you have been such a great husband and you have supported me though my chemo, I know...I wouldnt be able to do it without you. I know I have only had one chemo session but I'm feeling better everyday" Nicky said 

"You are amazing" Shane said and kissed his husband. 

"You are" Nicky said 

"Anyway, I have written you a song" Shane said, he started to sing it. 

Nicky was just looking at his husband, how did he get so lucky to have such an amzing husband.

"That was amazing" Nicky said. 

"Your amazing" Shane said 

Nicky smiled at Shane, he knew something was wrong. 

"Hun, are you okay?" Shane asked 

"Fine" Nicky said 

"You sure?" Shane asked 

"Yep" Nicky said 

"When's your next chemo?" I asked 

"2 weeks" Nicky said 

"When do we fly out?" Shane asked 

"Tomorrrow" Nicky said 

"Are they okay with us..you flying out to Venice?" I asked 

"They said I will be fine to fly out, they said it will do me some good to spend some time with my family?" Nicky said 

"I'm glad" I said 

"Sophie, I just want to say thank you" Nicky said

"What for?" I asked 

"Everything" Nicky said 

"You guys are my best friends" I said 

"We would honestly be lost without you, and having you here looking after JJ is everything" Shane said 

"I love JJ and so does Danny, when these two come along he will have to playmates" I said 

Shane and Nicky were taken back, they were shocked. 

"Wait, are you having twins?" Shane said 

"Yep, it was a shock for me and Danny but we are looking forward to it and I'm sure you both will help me out if needed?" I asked 

"Of course" Nicky said 

"Will you be god parents?" I asked 

"100%" Nicky said 

Shane and Nicky gave me a hug, I can't believe I was gonna be a mum of twins, twin boys, It will be a challenge but I honestly cant wait.
