Hospital

We arrived at the hospital, and at this point, I was in more pain than I was when we left. 

Shane took me to reception and we had to fill forms. Then I was taken to a room, I put on a gown and waited to be seen by a doctor. 

Nicky then arrived and sat down on Shane's lap. 

"How are you feeling?" Nicky asked me 

"I'm in pain but hopefully I can get some painkillers," I said and with that in came the doctor. I recognized the doctor. It was my Uncle's boyfriend. 

"Kyle Lewis?" I said 

"Yes," Kyle said 

"It's me, Sophie," I said 

"I thought I recognized the name when they told me," Kyle said 

"Nicky, Shane...This is Kyle Lewis and he is my uncle's boyfriend" I said 

"Nice to meet you," Kyle said 

"Nice to meet you," Shane said 

"So, what brings you here?" Kyle asked as he looked at my notes. 

"My boyfriend attacked me, last night and this morning," I said 

Kyle began to examine me. I had a fractured eye socket, broken ribs, cut lip. Kyle also noticed that I had some bruising around my neck, where Harry strangled me. 

"First we need to get you cleaned up and then, I will call Oliver to come and get a statement from you all. 

"Okay," I said. Kyle began to clean me up. Kyle could see I was in pain. 

"Right, I'm going to get you some pain relief," Kyle said and left.  

"You okay?" Shane asked me 

"I'm just in a lot of pain that's all," I said 

Kyle came back with the pain relief. 

"Thak you," I said 

"I have called Oliver and he is on his way okay," Kyle said

"Thank you," I said, Kyle gave me a kiss on the forehead and left. 

"Just a quick question, why didn't you tell us sooner?" Nicky asked 

"I was scared, you have no idea what its like to be trapped, in such a toxic relationship, everything was fine and one day, everything changes. I don't know what I did. One day we were at home and I said something and he punched me. After that everything changed, I was so careful with what I said or did and yet that didn't matter" I said 

"Do you want to stop talking about it?" Nicky asked 

"I need to talk about it," I said 

"I don't understand," Shane said 

"Neither do I. Harry used to be such a caring guy but like I said one day he changed. I'm not sure if it was because I used to be home late after seeing all of you or what" I said 

"I'm sorry, we should have all knew something was wrong," Shane said 

"I just remembered, shouldn't you've called Mark and Kian?" I said 

"I'll go and do that now," Nicky said and left. 

In walked my Uncle, he gave me a hug. 

"Why didn't you come to me?" Oliver asked 

"I was scared,"  I said 

"Are you going to press charges against him?" Oliver asked me 

"I don't know," I said
