Chapter 17: The Truth Comes Out

"Hey, Matt you still watching anime or are you asleep?" Clarisse knocks on the door. "Come on in!" Matt invites, Clarisse walks in the see Matt all cozy and comfortable watching anime, "What are you watching?" she asks, "Oh nothing much, just watching Deadman Wonderland, I wish I could control blood, not mine, but the enemies." he replies, Clarisse begins to blush and asks, "Do you think we could, uh, cuddle for a bit?" Matt laughs and scoots over to give her some room. Clarisse lays down beside him and watch anime together, "I think this was the anime that the other kids in my cabin were talking about.... well, its either this, or Sekirei." Clarisse mentions, Matt gives her a strange look, "Really? YOUR cabin was talking about anime? Since when?" he asks in disbelief. "I know right, it was really weird!" She replies. They both laugh then something comes to mind, "Hey, I remember you told me about Levi a long time ago, but I remember you guys saying that you haven't seen each other or talked since you left. Isn't it weird that she just happens to be around when you're on a quest and not when you snuck here to see everyone?" she asks worried. "Yeah I know, something's up, but it's just been so long, i was just so happy to talk to her again, I didn't even think!" Matt says, Clarisse pets his head, which Matt loves. After watching Deadman Wonderland for a bit, there is another knock at the door. "Hey, guys, someone named Musubi at the door, she said she wanted to see Matt!" Taika yells so they can hear her over the anime. Matt's face turns red, and Clarisse laughed, "Was this the girl you met when you first came to Camp Half-Blood? The one with the huge boobs?" Clarisse laughs, knowing this embarrasses because her blobs bounce everywhere. "Ugh, send her in!" Matt yells, not looking forward to this.

A girl bursts through the door and jumps on Matt and Clarisse and yells, "GROUP HUG!" "Nice to see you to--" he's cut off, "What was that, you sound muffled?" Musubi asks confused, "Musubi.... your blobs are in his face," Clarisse says, trying not to laugh. "Oh, my bad!" She apologises. "Holy fuck I can finally breath!" Matt yells, they all laugh and they all turn to see Danny at the door, "I heard boobs!" "Fucking pervert! Shoo! Shoo!" Clarisse says, annoyed. "Danny, go back to your room, you aren't completely healed yet. Give it a half hour or so!" Ian yells. "FIIIIINE!" Danny complains, and walks back to his room. "Anyways, what's up?" Matt asks Musubi, since this was sudden. "I need to talk to you in private, its about yesterday!" Musubi asks, her expression showing sadness. "Alright, I'll be right back Clarisse!" Matt says, and walks with Musubi outside. "What's wrong?" He asks the sad Musubi. "I'm so-sorry!" She whispers on the verge of tears. "For what? You didn't do anything?" Matt asks confused. "You know how you left the 'Deadly Seven' and they had to get a new member to replace you?" She asks, her expression getting sadder and sadder. "Oh my gods, you didn't?" He asks, wishing this isn't what it is. "I'm afraid it is, I'm the newest member of the 'Deadly Seven' I'm so sorry!" She says crying, "I've been ordered to make sure you finish your quest, then take you to them, no matter how much you refuse." "Alright!" He's says, "What!?" She asks shocked. "I know you are doing this cause they put someone you care about into trouble. I'll let you take me to them, then we'll take them out from the inside!" Matt says. "Are you sure you want to do this?" she asks nervously. "Yes, I'll let my friends know the plan, or should I leave them out of it?" he questions, Musubi thinks for a second, "No, then it'll seem suspicious and they kill us both, then go after them." "Alright, I won't tell them!" Matt says, "now lets go back and have some dinner."
