~This will be a short chapter along with the next few.
Since the last chapter, they are one back at their campsite from the trip. "Well this brings back memories of innocence.... well, except for Danny." Ian points out, Danny realizes what he said, "What the hell does that mean??" Everyone starts to laugh. "Hey Matt!" Rosario shouts out. "What is it?" Matt asks, Rosario turns around and asks, "Did we tell then about the incantations yet?" "Crap! We didn't!" Matt facepalms.
"Gather round children of the gods. Time for a lesson on using your ultimate power, but it involves a little 'speech' called an incantation. I'll give you a quick demonstration, then one of you will make up your own. Because a special attack, or a special type of magic must be used after saying it. For Maty its an attack, for me its a spell." Rosario explains, then Matt finishes with, "Your incantation must involve what your parent is god of, and who you want to fight for." Taika and Zea are listening intently, while Danny's and Hannah's heads are overheating, "I don't get it!" They both say in unison. Ian is in the middle, but he just nods.
Matt gets up and steps up for the demonstration. "I'll begin the demonstration, first you must concentrate, then say your incantation, concentrate a little more, then unleash your power." Taika and Zea sit there excitedly, and both yell, "JUST DO IT ALREADY!" Matt just stands there with his head down, but a moment later he picks his head up and says, "By the water of my pact, my friend's foes, SHALL DROWN!" A moment later, a pool of water appears above Matt, it starts to change form in many serpent like creatures, then Matt yells, "SLITHER FORTH MY WATER SNAKES!" As soon as he said 'slither' about five or six snakes appear out of the pool, and starts wrecking the forest around them. Taika and Zea absolutely mesmerized by the destructive serpents.
Alright. Now, who's next?" Matt asks, silence for a minute, until they all swarmed Matt saying they want to be next. Matt thought for a bit, then he had an idea, "How about Hannah, then Ian, then Zea, then Danny, then Taika?" He suggested this order because he was curious what Hannah's incantation be since he has never seen a child of Aphrodite do this.
