my date with shawn came to an end, sadly. we were having a great time but it got interrupted by juliana saying that she needed to talk to us and that it was important, i tried to delay it as much as possible but that didn't work.
so now, here we are in the tour bus, me, shawn, juliana and andrew.
"what's up?" i ask as i sit down on the sofa with shawn opposite our managers, juliana has a big smile on her face so it has to be good, but in the back of my mind i can't help but wonder if she knows that me and shawn are actually together and that this isn't just a contract anymore.
"big news, so you, my dear rising star-" juliana says pointing to me, "have been nominated for not one but three american music awards." my hands fly to my mouth as i hold back a scream.
"no way! shut up! you're lying!" i shout, "three?!" juliana nods her hand at my question, laughing at my reaction.
"you've been nominated for new artist of the year, favorite music video and favorite pop female artist."
"i can't believe it, this is insane." i mumble in shock, shawn looks over to me and smiles at my reaction.
"oh and you and shawn have been nominated for collaboration of the year." andrew tells us, shawn has a huge smile on his face when he hears this. "you also have artist of the year and favorite pop male artist." andrew tells shawn, his smile only gets wider.
"but on that note, we need to talk about everything else, so obviously you and shawn will attend together, i'm giving you two days off from tour after the conneticut show to attend, and we also need to discuss outfits." juliana tells us, i nod my head in agreement.
i hope my outfit looks good, it is my first awards show so i don't want to ruin the experience for me.
"on to other topics," juliana begins, clearing her throat, "now since shawn had that armani endorsement a couple months back and they are offering to make your outfits, as long as you promote them, this also means that it will be your first endorsement, natalie and it's armani which is a big deal, it can lead to you getting even bigger endorsements later on."
"i would love to wear an armani." i tell her and juliana nods her head, shawn nods his head as well. i can already picture my outfit.
"i'll let them know that you've both accepted the deal so they can get right on to making your outfits."
"ok you two can leave i need to speak to natalie in private." juliana says, motioning to shawn and andrew who get up and leave the tour bus together.
"what's up?" i ask, raising an eyebrow, juliana waits until the door is fully shut before looking over.
"what's the deal with you and shawn?" shit.
"nothing is up, what do you mean?" i tell her, playing it cool, maybe she will stop asking if i act like nothings happening.
