Ahsoka walked over to the co-pilot seat, sitting down with a relaxed sigh as she gently rubbed her sore two front lekku.
Growing pains. Again.
"Curse this goddamn biology of mine-" Ahsoka mumbled under her breath.
Nyx chuckled softly, turning his head to her. "What was that?"
"Oh nothing." Ahsoka quickly replied, removing her hands from her lekku as she leaned over to the controls, peeking to see how long it was now until they arrived.
"You seem better.."
"Hm?" Ahsoka noised, raising an eyemarking.
"Happier, I meant to say happier." Nyx said with a smile.
Ahsoka couldn't help but blush, well added with her usual rolling her eyes motion of course.
"I think I am, or at least I'm beginning to be." Ahsoka said, returning his gentle smile.
"You've been through a lot, I can tell..." Nyx took her hand, squeezing it gently.
"You deserve it."
"So do you.." She told him, gently squeezing his hand back.
"I am happy. I'm content." Nyx responded.
Ahsoka raised an eyemarking.
"You miss your old home, don't you?" She asked, not wanting to pry too much, but making she he was ok.
"What Alderaan?" He laughed. "That place was so boring! There was nothing to do there, and it was all-" He gagged. "Peaceful and kriff." He rubbed the back of his neck, in what Ahsoka could tell was a nervous tic.
Ahsoka laughed, she would bring up Corelia, but from his reaction and his skill in avoiding it. She decided against it.
"Have you ever been here, to Coruscant?" Ahsoka asked, changing the subject.
"Ehhhh.. once or twice. For a few jobs." Nyx said with a smile. "Very busy, more my speed."
Ahsoka chuckled. "Well I for one like the peace and quiet."
"Oh please! You'd choose arguing with a customer, over letting them go peacefully everyday!"
She rolled her eyes.
"Some of them did deserve it."
"Eh true-"
A loud whoosh noise shook them out of their conversation.
They had arrived.
Ahsoka helped Nyx direct the ship's way out of hyperspace, slowly flying towards the surface.
She let out a shaky breath as she saw the planet. She considered backing out now and going to hide and find somewhere newer and safer, but alas, she stayed in her seat, putting her anxiety to the side for now.
Once Nyx had landed the ship in what looked like a deserted shipyard, Ahsoka stood up and stretched.
