Crockett's POV:

I wake up to Natalie truning and tossing around, and I'm assuming she can't sleep. I look on my watch, to see that it's 2:30 in the morning. I try and gently wake her up, but she just mumbles something, and turns around again. I gently pick her up, and walk to the bedroom, where I put her down on the bed. She mumbles something again, but it seems like nothing. I tuck her in tight, because I know how she loves that, and lay down next to her. It takes me a while to fall asleep, as Natalie keeps turning around, but I really don't care. I'm just happy that I get to be with her.

I hear a gasp the next morning, and I slightly open my eyes. Nat had just woken up, and as she remembers that we fell asleep on the couch, I'm sure she wonders how she got here. She looks at me, chuckles and lays back down. I let out a deep breath and open blink, to try and get used to the light, "Goodmorning beautiful" I say, and she kisses me. "Goodmorning" she says. "Thank you for putting me in bed" she says chuckling. "No problem," I say, as I open my eyes, turn around, and lean on my elbows, "you ready for work?" I ask. 

Natalie looks at me with a joking frown "I don't want to" she says in this adorable voice, and then kisses me again. I kiss her back, this time I slip a little rtongue. She giggles, and rolls over to me. "We have to go to work" I say, but Natalie shushes me "I know, but I'm sure Maggie'll understand" she says as she kisses me from my neck to my chest. "Yeah, I know, but what will others think?" I ask, tossing her over to the other side of the bed, and rolling over onto her. "Does it matter?" she says giggling, as I kiss her intensely. I kiss her neck and run my fingers through her hair. We keep on making out, rolling over the bed, until Natalie gets paged. She looks at me and hesitates, kisses me one more time, and then picks up her phone, and we both sigh. Natalie groans, rolls her eyes and looks at me. I raise my eyebrows "what did I do?" I ask jokingly, crawling over to her. She gently pushes me away, looks at me and laughs "It's not you, it's the hospital, apparently there was some big crash, and they're gonna need almost the entire staff, haven't you gotten a page yet?". I'm about to check my phone, when it starts buzzing, "there it is" I say, as we both get out of bed. As Natalie walks towards the bathroom, I sneak up to her, and grab her from behind.  

Natalie's POV:

I'm checking my phone, preparing to get ready, when I feel someone grab me from behind and tickle me. I laugh, trying to get him off of me, when I suddenly stop "Ok, ok, I'm kinda getting nauseous, stop it" I say firmly, yet chuckling. He looks at me sort of scared, or shocked, "it's alright I'm fine, just don't tickle me" I say, and I kiss him. "Come on, lets get ready" I say, as I take his hand.

We end up at work almost an hour late, but to be honest, I don't really care, because it really was a nice morning. As soon as we enter the ED, Maggie sends us to treat patients. 

It's been a few hours, and I've been going in and out of treatment rooms. I walk up to the counter, and Maggie comes over to me "sooo, care to explain why you were late this morning?" she asks. I look around nervously, and before I can say anything, Maggie says "you and loverboy have a nice morning? Or did you just oversleep?", she asks the last question as if she doesn't believe it. I gently hit her, and laugh. I hesitate to say something, "Yes, Maggie, Crockett and I had a nice morning" I say, trying to keep my voice as calm as possible. Maggie laughs, and asks "Oh, when do you have your first ultrasound?". I take out the ultrasound from my pocket, as I want to keep it as close as possible, and show it to Maggie. Maggie looks at me with a surprised face, then looks at the ultrasound, and hugs me, "and everything is ok?" she asks. I nod, smile, and quickly put the ultrasound back, as I see April walking over to us. "What are you two chatting about?" she asks. "Nothinggg" I say, as I quickly walk away. April raises her eyebrows, as I walk away.

I'm on the OR-floor, when I get paged back down to the ED. I walk towards the elevator, when somebody takes my arm, and pushes me into a utility closet. I get pinned to a wall, to see Crockett's face with a mysterious smirk. "I had fun this morning" he says, in a deep calm voice, "want to make an evening out of it?" he asks. I giggle, and wrap my arms around his waist. "Oh totally" I say, returning his mysterious smirk with one of my own. "Great, I'll pick you up at eight, we'll make it a date" Crockett says, as he's on the point of walking away. Now it's my turn to grab him, and I pin him to the wall. I run my fingers over his neck into his hair, and kiss him intensily. "Great, see you then" I say, as I walk away, and leave behind a slightly surprised Crockett. On my way out, I  giggle, as I get another page to go down to the ED, thinking about how the night will turn out...
