Part 10: Confrontation

They dragged Steven into the cave. They laid him down up against a rock and looked around. Daniele walks over to a puddle of water and can see a perfect reflection of herself and what is above her. Summer walked over to the side of the cave and touched the wall, as it feels smooth as sand, but also textured at the same time. She feels her hand and it is dry, she touches the wall again, as it feels her hand and the wall is wet. Tigey flies to the top and looks at the the stalactites that dangerously hang from the ceiling, while at the bottom some meet up to stalagmites. They all gather back by a medium size rock and sat down.
"This is a wonderful cave." Summer said. Her voice echoed throughout the cave.
"This isn't wonderful...This is beautiful!" Daniele said.
"Is this the new place we are living until they are done looking through the island?" Tigey asked Daniele.
"For now this is our new place...But we are gonna have to keep moving because they are gonna be looking all over for us... We can't leave a trace."
"Did we leave anything at the hut!?" Summer said loudly.
"Keep your voice down! Is echoes enough as it is! Don't need you screaming. And no..No we didn't."
"Are you sure!!?" Summer screamed again,
"I just said to stop screaming god dammit! And I am sure!"
"Ok ok you don't have to yell!!"
"Well don't......Never-mind" Daniele holds her on head as if she had a headache
"So what are we gonna do now?" Summer said walking towards Daniele. " How are we ever gonna get away from them? It is like they know how to track us!"
"I don't know how they keep finding us! I don't really know what else we can do but not to use our powers that much and try and blend into society." Daniele said shrugging her shoulders. Summer turns around and starts pacing. She gets a surprised look on her face. She snaps back around and points to Tigey."You!"
"What?! What did I do?" Tigey said in confusion.
"We are being tracked because of you! Daniele! Don't you see!" Summer quickly walks to Daniele and grabs her shoulders." This was a set up. They knew that we would probably take the animal in hopes for survival. So they put a device in her." She stops and looks at Tigey." Or maybe she is the device."
"Okay! Hold on now! How could I be the device?! I was in a burning hot meteor the whole time! They couldn't just come by, inject me with a tracker and run away!" Tigey scolded.
"See!" Summer pointed at Tigey and looks at Daniele." She even said how they did it!"
"Okay Ashley I think you are overreacting to this whole thing. You are just scarred because you don't know what to do and so you are just in a panic."
"No! I'm not! It all makes sense! Everywhere we are they find us!"
"Summer....Then how come when I was making the hut invisible the guard didn't see us? Huh?"
"Okay....That one I can't explain. But still!" Summer said sadly.
"Summer....Just give it a rest...nothing leads it to Tigey being the tracker....Just leave it be." Daniele said calmly trying to reach for Ashley.
"No! I will not leave it be! I will not let it rest! There is something going on, and i need to find out! I want them to leave us alone!" Summer screamed
"So yell at the top of your lung in an echoing cave....Smart idea Summer...Maybe now they will sure leave us alone when they hear a female voice screaming!" Daniele said sarcastically.
"Ok don't start with me you smart ass!" Summer snapped.
"Why! It is sooooo much more fun people a smart ass!" Daniele scolded." maybe you should try it sometime! It is a whole lot better than assuming! You know what that means right!"
"Yeah I do! And stop being such bitch! What the hell has gotten into you?"
"I don't! What does assuming mean?" Tigey looked at Summer then Daniele.
"Oh Summer...I am only a bitch when necessary. Also... Assuming is when you make accusations about something when you don't even have all the facts." Daniele glanced at Summer. She looks back at Tigey,"It can be better know as 'You make an ass outta you and me'!"
"Ooooh...Haha I like that word!" Tigey said with a smile.
"That still doesn't change the fact that Tigey is a tracker....Simply no proof!" Daniele flails her arms in the arm.
"I am not taking chances!" Summer starts to walk towards Tigey. Daniele steps in between Summer and Tigey.
"Daniele... Get.. Out.. Of.. My.. Way!!" Summer tries to push Daniele, but she doesn't budge. Daniele grabbed Summer wrists and holds then apart. "I will not let you go ANYWHERE NEAR Tigey!!! You understand!?" Daniele scolded Summer.
"Yeah yeah!" Summer tried to snatch herself back, but was. unable to get out of Daniele's grasp. "Let go of me!! If you don't I will hurt you!!" Summer screamed. Daniele's grin tightened as she said that
"I highly doubt it." she said calm and quiet. "Not only.. Am I bigger than you.. But I am also stronger.. And I have stronger powers." She said with no stutter, sending shivers all over Summer's body, causing her to get out of her tight grasp. Daniele squeezes Summer's wrist tighter and pulls her a little bit close.
"So don't ever try and say you will hurt me... Because you. Know you won't be able to for two reasons.. Now... STAY!! AWAY!!FROM TIGEY!!" Daniele screams at Summer, throwing Summer's arms to her side. Daniele slowly walks off as Summer stands there frozen. She mentally slaps herself and glanced at Daniele.
"You know you always had temper issues." Summer went wide eyed as she just regretted on what she just said. Daniele turns around and smiles, making Summer back up in terror.
"Hehe... Oh poor poor Summer... You really think I have temper issues.. Haha!! You crack me up!" Daniele walks towards Summer, Summer puts her hands out on from of her not wanted Daniele to come near her. Summer back up to the cave wall and starts shaking
"Please.. Daniele.. I.. I didn't mean to say that... It just slipped out.. I didn't mean it.. Please don't"
"Oh but you did say it.. You meant it.. You just didn't wanna say it that's all.. But you did.. " Daniele said with a smile. She kneels down by Summer and props herself up by putting her hand on the wall by Summer.
"I only act the way I am... Because I got tired of people's bullshit.. I only act this way.. When someone pisses me the fuck off!!" Daniele slams her hand on the wall making Summer flinch. "I would never hurt you.. Nor would I ever want to.. Even though you piss me off to were I wanna kill someone. You are still my friend.. So don't get scared when I get mad.. Because I wouldn't hurt you." Daniele said calmly.
"You really mean that?" Summer looks at Daniele.
"Yes.. Yes I do." Daniele smiles. She stands up and holds out her hand towards Summer. Summer smiles. And takes her hand helping her up.
"Now since we got all that off our chest. Let's wake up sleeping mongoose over there and think of a plan to get away from these hooligans." Daniele said and smiled.
