Part 23: Let The War End

When the sun came over the horizon a loud boom traveled through the air, waking everyone up.
"What was that!?" Daniele said quickly sitting up.
"I don't know but all I know is that it isn't good!" Matt said quickly getting up. Summer looked out the front door.
"Uuuhh.. Guys.. I think you needa come see this." Summer waved everyone over and they all went to the door. Summer pointed them to the  sky and they look up and saw helicopters everywhere.
"I think it is time we get our armor on!" Daniele said.
"Wait!" Tigey ran in. "Come out here really quick I have more armor for you!" Tigey ran back out. Everyone ran out behind Tigey and looked. "Quick! Get the armor and put it on! We needa go!" Everyone quickly got to the table and grabbed the armor (Leg armor, forearm armor, gloves and shoes) 
"Why do we have gloves and shoes? The rest I understand but why these?" Steven asked.
"They will help control your powers more! They will help make elements in your hands easier and much more safer! The shoes will help fly more smoothly.. Once your powers connect to your armor they will read your thoughts and body motions and help your powers! Now quick! Put everything on! We needa go!" Tigey said quickly.
"Okay!" Everyone responded. They put on their armor, and they went into the house and got the rest and their swords.
"Alright! We will go from the strongest! So Tigey can lead the way!" Daniele said.
"I can agree with that!" Tigey said. "Lets go!" Everyone got behind Tigey, and she walked out the front door and everyone followed. They walked down the block to where the helicopters were, they saw the men and big robots.
"Are... Are those.." Daniele paused.
"Mechs... Yes they are.." Matt said.
"We can defeat them!" Steven said.
"I agree.. Lets go!" Tigey said. She continued to walk and they followed. They walked closer to them, and soon they were in front of them.
"Hey Boss!" A soldier said tapping a guys soldiers. "Look! It's them!" The soldier pointed towards them. The general turned around and laughed.
"Well well well... Look what we have here! They came to us just like what I said!" The general said in his low raspy voice.
"We came here to finish this!" Daniele shouted back. "We are just people who were exposed to elements not in our planet!"
"That doesn't matter! You are a hazard to our society now! All of you! And we have orders to take you out!" The general snapped back.
"Not if we take you out first!" Matt screamed back
"What are you gonna do!? You guys are just kids! Kids with swords and armor! We have guns!" The General laughed.
"We have something you don't have!" Daniele said with a smile.
"Oh yeah what is that!?" The general smiled.
"You forgot! You were sent to take us out because of it! We have powers!" Daniele said. Her eyes turned green and glowed brightly. The gems everywhere on her armor started glowing brightly, and her sword's gems glowed as well. She flew up into the air and smiled. "We have powers that are so great and powerful.. They don't even compare to your guns! Our armor is stronger than your and more powerful! And we WON'T be taken down by people like you!" Daniele said with a warped voice. Matt's eyes started glowing a bright red. His gems started to glow and he flew up next to Daniele.
"You might think we are weak! You might think you are stronger with your big guns and robots!" Matt also said with a warped voice. Steven's eyes went dark, Tony's eyes turned blue, Tigey's eyes turned brown, and Summer's eyes turned blue. They all flew up into the air.
"We are the people you cannot stop! We are the people who won't back down to you! We are the people who maybe young, but are still stronger! We are the people with powers and we WILL destroy you!" They all chanted towards the soldiers. The soldiers took a step back.
"Boss.. They are probably right! They have something we don't have!"
"I don't care! I won't be taken down my children! Fire on my command!" The general screamed. Daniele and everyone were still floating there.
"When he says fire.. Start flying around and attacking.. We won't let them win." Daniele said quickly still starring at the soldiers.
"Ready!" The general screamed.
" When he screams fire..Steven and Summer go left.. Tony and Tigey go right.. Me and Matt will go straight.. Agreed?" Daniele said quietly.
"Agreed." Everyone agreed.
"Aim!" The general screamed. The soldiers stuttered, looked at one another and aimed their guns at them.
"Get ready." Daniele said.
"FIRE!" The general screamed.
"MOVE!" Daniele screamed. They all flew in different directions, and the soldiers fire at nothing.
" Get a target and fire at will!" The general turned to the soldiers and pointed to the skies. Steven shot fire at one of the helicopters, blowing one up. The soldiers and the general took cover. Daniele and Matt landed and started walking towards them. Some soldiers ran towards them, they one tried to punch Daniele, She ducked and elbowed him in the stomach, kneed him the face and then punched him in the face, knocking him out. Matt ran up to one and punched the other in the face, he grabbed the soldier and threw him into  the side of the helicopter. "Get out there and fight!" The general screamed. Four more ran out, two carried guns and aimed into the sky, the other two ran towards Matt and Daniele. Daniele kicked one in the face and Matt used his swords and shot a blue laser at the other, disintegrating him, they flew back into the air and flew around. More soldiers went out and set up mortars.
"Show them we mean business! When they shoot a mortar into the air.. aim and hit it!" Steven screamed. Summer and Tony shot balls of fire at the soldiers, hitting near them or in front of them. Some helicopters took off and Tigey shot out vines at the blades, stopped the helicopter, making it crash into the ground.
"Shoot off those mortars!" The general screamed at the soldiers. They fired the mortars into the air, only being shot at my Daniele.
"Sir! It's no use! They are too strong!" A soldier turned to the general. The general grabbed the soldier's collar.
"Listen to me and listen good! I will NOT be taken down or surrender to a bunch of kids!" He let go of the soldier. "Now start shooting at them and take them down!"
"We will only lose!" The soldier said. "You wanna win how about you join us to fight them, Sire!?" The soldier said getting up.
"I will! Come with me! Get into a robot!" He said the the soldier. "The rest of you start trying to shoot them down!" The general and one of the soldiers got into the two robots and took off. The walked out in plain site, The general aimed at Summer , and the soldier aimed at Daniele, and they fired. Tigey saw and shot at the missiles, exploding them by Summer and Daniele. They flew away with minor scrapes.
"Thanks Tigey!" Daniele said.
"Welcome!"
"Take out the animal!" The general said to the soldier. The soldier aimed at Tigey and fired. Daniele said the missile and aimed her swords at the missile and shot out a laser, Exploding the missile.
"And thank you Daniele!" Tigey looked at Daniele and smiled.
"Welcome Tigey! Now lets take out those bots!" Daniele and Tigey turned and started going towards the robots. 
"Soldier! Start shooting!" General screamed. They started shooting at Daniele and Tigey but they kept dodging the bullets. Matt, Steven, Tony, and Summer watched as they flew around. Daniele and Tigey made two really big fire balls, and as they flew pass the robots they shot the fire balls at them. The robots exploded and the soldiers stood there in shock, and watched Daniele and Tigey flew up to the others.
"Call back up!" One of the soldiers screamed.
"Okay!" A soldier replied and ran to a helicopter and called the government. Daniele and the others stayed floating in one place waiting for something to happen.
"D-did we win!?" Tony said.
"I don't know.. It can't be that easy." Steven replied. 
"I don't know how easier this could've gotten.. I don't even know how harder this can get!?" Daniele said in surprise. They heard the sound of helicopters, they turned to the sound and saw 5 pitch black helicopter coming their way.
"I think we found the government." Matt said. They flew back as they saw the helicopters land. Men in black suits came out and walked over to the soldiers.
"Everything okay here??" One of the men said.
"We are fine, but some of us are dead by those kids." One of the soldiers replied.
"Please come out here with us." The man gestured them over. The soldiers came out and over by the man. "Whoever doesn't have a family, wife and kid wise, please come to my left... if you do have a family, come over to my right." Four men went over to the right side, and three went over to the left. "Ah.. Easy.. Men! Give the men on my right the helmets!" Four men carried out weird helmets and put them on the soldiers head. They turned on the helmets and the soldiers went into a trance.
"What the Hell are you doing to them!?" One of the soldiers screamed at the government man.
"Men.. You know what to do with the rest." The man turned his back towards the three men, and three men walked over in front of each other, pulled out a gun, aimed it at the soldiers heads, and shot them. Tigey and the rest floated their in shock, eyes wide and mouths dropped.
"Done, sir."
"Good.. Now erase these soldiers minds of everything that happened today.."
"Yes, sir.. And.. what about.. The kids?"
"I'll handle it.." 
"Okay, sir.. Erase these four soldiers minds of everything about what happened here." The other government man said to the others. The others walked over to the four soldiers, and with one button erased their minds. They injected something into their neck, took of the helmets, and within a few seconds the soldiers fell to the ground, passed out. The men went into the helicopters, and more men came out with gurneys and put the soldiers on them and wheeled them away.
"Come on down kids! I just want to talk! Nothing will come to harm on you!" He turned to the group and waved them down.
"Should we listen to him.. After what he just did to the soldiers?" Daniele whispered.
"Well what is the use to keep people who doesn't have a family to go to, they won't have anyone to tell.. The others had a family, so they would've told." Tony said. 
"Maybe we should go down there." Matt said.
"Okay... I guess we will." Daniele said. "Come on everyone." Daniele said floating down to the guy, everyone else followed her. The landed a few yards away the man. He turned towards them and smiled.
"Hello there! My name is Ti'yon! Nice to meet you guys! I have heard lots about you!" Ti'yon said.
"Look! We don't want any trouble.. We just want our lives back.. We don't want conflict anymore because we were in a accident with a meteorite.." Daniele said.
"I don't want any trouble either! Do you like your new powers?" Ti'yon asked.
"We like the powers yes.. But we didn't like the conflict and trouble by others that it brought."
"Well don't worry.. You won't have anymore trouble.. We actually found out this occurrence has been happening in a few small rural areas.. So we think in about 5 years most of us will be same.."
"Well if you came to that conclusion.. Why attack us?" Tony asked.
"I never sent out any requests to attack or kill you guys.. That is another reason I came.. I already found who did it.. I am the head of the Government.. So everyone should've been listening to me.. I have resolved it and now everything should be good.." Ti'yon replied.
"So this is it.. We are free to go!?" Daniele asked.
"Yeah! Sure! Just as long as we have an understanding now that I didn't send out those request?"
"We do!" Summer said.
"Okay! I will now go.. Nice to meet you guys!" Ti'yon said and walked to the helicopter. He got in and the doors close. The helicopter all lift into the air and fly away. Tigey and the others went back into the house, took off their armor and sat in the bean bag chairs.
"I have a surprise for you guys!" Tigey said.
"What is it?" Daniele asked.
"Close your eyes!" Tigey replied. Everyone closed their eyes, and after only a few seconds later Tigey said excited. " Okay open your eyes!" Everyone opened their eyes and looked around to see the old abandoned house was transformed into a brand new, clean, freshly painted, and fixed up house.
"Tigey this is amazing!" Summer said getting up.
"Yeah this is amazing!" Daniele said.
"I am glad you like it! Lets play some video games!" Tigey said sitting next to Daniele. They all gathered in front of the TV and started playing games for the few hours they had left in the day. After four hours they began to get tired.
"I am getting tired!" Daniele said yawning.
"Me too!" Steven agreed.
"Lets go to bed in our new house!" Tigey said turning off the lights. "Goodnight everyone!"
"Goodnight!" Everyone said at once. They all got comfortable.
"Hey Daniele.." Matt whispered.
"Yeah?" Daniele said turning to Matt.
"The war thing is over.. and..um... I was wondering if.." Matt was interrupted by Daniele kissing him. She pulled away and smiled.
"I know what you are gonna ask.. and my answer is yes." Daniele said with a smile. Matt smiled back and hugged her.
"Lets go to bed now." Matt said.
"Okay." Daniele answered tiredly. Daniele looked up at Matt, and Matt leaned in a quickly kissed her.
"Goodnight.." Matt said hugging her more.
"Goodnight." Daniele replied and hugged back. The sun lowered and the moon came out from the clouds. The clouds cleared away and the night sky showed off it's beautiful stars. The night was calm, and so was everything else. The fight has ended and the peace has been returned. Everything is peaceful.
