Part 15: We Aren't Alone

Everyone looked at Tigey in surprise. Daniele looks at Matt and slowly walks towards him, causing him to jerk back
"Don't hurt me!" Matt said flinching.
"Okay! Why do you think I am gonna keep on hitting you!? I am not like that!!"
"It is just... I... I already told you... Woman like to hit me.." Matt said sadly. Daniele walked toward him and gave him a hug.
"It is ok. As long as you are by me and everyone else here.. You won't be hurt.. Maybe you can continue your training with us.. Help you with your powers again." Daniele smiled and hugged tighter. Matt smiled and hugged back.
'First time a girl has actually been nice to me.. She is so sweet... Kind.. She is... Different from the others..' Matt thought, he mentally slapped himself 'What am I thinking!! I just met this girl and....oh dammit Matt snap the hell outta it.' They stop hugging and they smiled to eachother
"I would love to relearn my powers with you guys... I think it'll be fun!" Matt said happily.
"I am just glad that we aren't the only ones with powers." Steven said with relief. "Well at least we can know why this has been happening and why we weren't able to feel the other power."
"You can only feel the powers that have been recently used.... He hasn't used them in close to 4 years... I am surprised that they didn't go away by now.. Usually they are gone by now.. This is strange.." Tigey said in confusion.
"Wait so he still had his powers?!" Daniele asked. Tigey shook her head in agreement.
"Hey maybe me meeting you guys was suppose to happen....." Matt said. Everyone looked at him puzzled.
"Maybe he is right!" Daniele said turning to Steven and Summer . "Maybe he was meant to run through those doors, and just happen to crash into me." Daniele explained.
"Yeah... Um.... I'm still sorry about that by the way." Matt said rubbing the back of his neck.
"No.. No no.. That meant something too!!"
"What!?" Matt said confused.
"I mean.. You could've ran into someone else.. Maybe Summer.. Maybe everything right now means something... This just isn't a regular chance meeting... Maybe it is more than that." Daniele explained as she transitioned from Tigey to Steven and Summer.
'Oh god! Is she thinking about..what I think she is thinking about!?' Matt mentally slapped himself. 'Matt!! Get a hold of yourself! She does not like me! Get that in your mind and let it stay there. If she does like me.. She will tell me. ' Matt returned back to reality to find Daniele keeling by Tigey.
"Tigey.. Did Matt have the same kind of strong powers as I do right now?"
"Yeah... He should have the scars on his back still." Tigey said.
"Matt.. Turn around." Daniele said making a turning motion with her finger. Matt looked at her weirdly and slowly turned around. Daniele lifted his shirt and saw the light scars all down his back. She lightly touched them making him jump.
"Well!! I can tell the scars are there!! Why are you touching my back!?"
"Oh.. Sorry." Daniele stopped touching his back and put his shirt down.
'I found that....nice..No woman ever touched by back like that before..' Matt thought sadly.
"No..no..It's fine.. I was just weird...No one ever did that before." Matt turned around and looked at Daniele.
"Oh..um.....sorry anyway...Didn't mean to make you feel weird.. Sorry...I do that a lot....sorry I am kinda weird like that...." Daniele said as she put her head down. Matt walked over to her.
"Daniele....I said it was ok.."
"Okay.."
"Daniele has a cuts on the right side of her body from the crash a few months ago.."
"That was you guys!?? You were the kids in the crash!? Let me see!" Matt quickly grabbed Daniele by her right arm and lifted up the back of her shirt a little, exposing a deep wounds that have scarred up and left dry blood everywhere. Matt roles up her sleeve to see more scratched.
"Damn!! Are you okay!?" Matt said worried. Daniele slowly moved her arm away and slowly put down her shirt and sleeve.
"Yeah...ow....I'm fine...I will live..hopefully." Daniele said looking down, hoping no one heard that last part. "So! Tigey! Does this mean that we have the same strength power or what??" Daniele turned to Tigey
"You guys have the same kind of powers... They would have been the same strength, but since he probably hasn't used his in a while then..it probably weakened."
"Is it possible for his powers to come back to full strength?" Summer asked.
"Yes...But he will need a lot of practice." Tigey replied. As they are all talking, a boy with dirty blonde hair walked up to Daniele, catching her by surprise.
"TONY!!!!" Daniele quickly hugs Tony. "I missed you!! It has been awhile since I have seen you!! Why are you here!?" Daniele asked in surprise.
"I am coming back! We moved closer to where I can be in this district again! But... I have to be put in one grade below me so I can catch up! So.. Surprise I'm in your grade now!" Tony said with a smile. Daniele grabbed his wrist and pulled him over to Matt.
"Matt! I like you to meet my old friend Tony! We have been friends since elementary school! Tony! This is my new friend Matt!"
"Hi... nice to..um...meet you." Matt said nervously.
"Nice to meet you too..." Tony said quietly.
"Tony! So...been a while huh?" Tigey said.

"Hey! Um...What's up?" Tony asked.
"Wait! Tigey! How do you know Tony!?" Daniele asked puzzled.

"He also has powers! You guys aren't the only ones with powers you know." Daniele looked at Tony and pulled him over to her. She lifted up his shirt to find no scars. She gave a confused look and lifted up his sleeves and still found no scars.
"So if he has powers.....Where are his scars?"
"He got them on his legs." Tigey answered

"I....no....I am not looking for them anymore!" Daniele put her hands up walking away, and Tony saw blood on her arm. He grabbed her, turned her around and lifted up her sleeve, he saw scraps and bruises all on her upper arm.
"What the hell happened to your arm!!!??" Tony screamed.
"Tony! Those are her wounds form the crash!" Tigey said trying to calm him down. He looked at Daniele in disbelief.
"That was you in that crash? I thought those people died?" Tony looked at Daniele and quickly hugged her. "At least you are okay...but hey...you have powers like me now." Tony said smiling.
"So....we...aren't alone then are we...There are more people like us?" Daniele said looking at Tigey.
"Yeah..There are at least three more people here...right now....but I can't really make out where they are."
"So...there are more of us! Meaning... if we work hard enough and practice a lot.... We can take on the Government.. They will finally leave us alone!" Steven said. They all looked at each other thinking of plans. They heard helicopters fly by, and they looked up. They saw military helicopters fly in a circle around the school. Everyone in the group ran inside, as the helicopters tried to land.
