Lillian stood beside her husband behind Hange, a permanent glare on her face as the enemy ship neared the cliff where all the Scouts waited. Eren, in Titan form, appeared from under the ship, lifting it above water. He walked with the ship and dumped it on the shore, everyone waiting to attack of Hanges skit goes wrong.

"Hello, friends from Marley! Welcome to Paradis Island!" Hange greeted the enemy with a cheerful voice and friendly smile. "I'm Hange, here to greet our guests who've come so far across the sea. Now, step this way and join us for some tea! By the way, we're already friends with this guest that arrived before you! Isn't that right, Nicolo?"

"Captain! Forget about me and shoot these devils!" Nicolo yelled at his crew mates. Levi jabbed his sword further into the man's back as a warning while Lillian rolled her eyes at her friends skit.

"What are you saying, Nicolo?" The Commander said with fake shock, holding the man close.

"He's tired of your shitty skit." Levi scoffed, side glancing at his wife who was crying from holding her tears in.

"Understand this, you devils! Marley doesn't mingle with filthy blood!" The Captain aimed his gun at Hange. "Go drink your pig piss with your filthy friends."

"Hey! You sure you wanna be rude to us? Can't you see the Titan behind you?" Hange shouted back to them.

"Well never yield to you devils! Say hello to this." A gun shot rang through the air, Levi let go off the hostage and pulled his wife to the ground, shielding her with his body. They all stared up in shock as another crew mate lowered their gun, the captain's body dead on the deck.

"Hands up, Yelena!" Her crew shouted at her, guns aimed at her head.

"Drop your weapons." Yelena ordered. Lilly glanced at Hange with a raised brow, questioning what was happening. "Hange, I'd be happy to accept your invitation. Let's have tea."

"Huh, your plan worked." Lillian turned away and walked to the meeting tent, Levi close behind. "I feel bad for leaving leaving Remy with Historia, he is two and she is a Queen."

"She is the best person to look after him."  He reminded her, grabbing her hand and pulling her away. "What's really bothering you?"

"We've been trying for a year and nothing." She sighed, leaning her forehead against his shoulder. "I know Remy with a miracle but my body feels like it can do it again."

"You know I don't mind trying, and we will keep trying until you get your daughter." Levi kissed her lips passionately, reminding her that he loves her.

"Oi, Levi!" Hange called for the pair, not wanting to walk in on what they could be doing. "You better have your pants on."

"Hange, we're just talking." Lilly shouted back, glaring at the brunette as she entered the tent with the two Marley soldiers.

"Ah, I see!" The Commander gasped with wonder as she looked at the gun they use. Levi and Lillian sat next to her with still faces and crossed arms, mirroring each other. "That's how it shoots a bunch."

"That's standard issue in Marley." Yelena explained while sipping her tea, trusting them not to have poisoned her drink
"The Marley army has 20,000 soldiers per division. With 50 divisions, that's 1,000,000 soldiers. There's also the navy with three fleets, each comprised of 21 battleships. They've made tremendous progress in new weapons and aerial warfare as well."

"Aerial?" Hange wondered aloud, not understanding the terminology.

"Don't freak out or they'll think we're weak." Levi whispered to the woman, kicking her leg under the table as a warning.

"I know."

"In other words, vehicles allowing one to attack the enemy from the sky." Onyankopon explained to the three clueless Scouts.

"Huh? From the sky?" Hange jumped in surprise causing Levi's eyebrow to twitch in announced. "If Marley had such capabilities this whole time, why haven't they attacked in over a year?"

"There are two main reasons." Yelena began to explain to the woman. "One being the pure Titans released here. Even with the latest weapons, they would hinder a land assault. They were used as a tool to confine Eldians within the walls, but in turn, they protected Eldia from invasion."

"Yeah. Well, ain't that funny?" Levi said sarcastically with a straight face.

"Though dawn is coming soon, and that's when Titans are active." The woman glanced through the gap in the tent doors. "But if we're way out here, sipping tea outside the walls, you must have killed all the Titans roaming around. Is that true?"

"And what if it is? You gonna report it to Marley?" Lillian asked, leaning forwards on her hands as she watched the soldiers carefully.

"No, it blows away my expectations." She answered with wide eyes, shocked at the truth.

"And the second reason?" Hange asked, bringing the conversation back to the important topics.

"Currently, Marley is at war with multiple nations." Yelena finished her tea, Lilly refilling the woman's cup and her own. "Thank you. They can't be bothered with Paradis. You defeated the Warrior unit, the pride of Marley, and captured two of their main weapons, the Colossal and Female Titans. Marley's many enemies took notice and were quick to untie and declare war."

"If you guys are secret agents who infiltrated Marley, I'm guessing you came from conquered nations?" Hange questioned them. "Oh, I'm right! If you're going up against Marley, I bet you've got big backers."

"We're not secret agents or anything of the sort." She put down her tea, a strange look on her face. "We were powerless. Marley took our homes and forced us to be soldiers. We were close to losing hope at ever striking back. Until we met him. A Titan that people of the world feared, calling it a devil. But I saw something completely different, a God. One that gave hope to the powerless. Under Zeke Jaeger's command, we shot our superior. We're the Anti-Marleyan Volunteers. Our goal: To free the Eldian people."
