"Lillian!" The woman perked up at the sound of her name, quickly discarding her book aside as she followed the yells to outside. Her knees buckled beneath her as she spotted her husband walking up the hill to their home. She took off into a sprint, the injured man easily catching her as she jumped into his arms.

"You came home!" She cried as he captured her lips, the kiss urgent and desperate as he held her tight.

"Daddy!" Remy ran out the house and to his parents, hugging their legs as the family reunited.

"Look how big you've gotten." Levi picked his son up and hugged him tightly before staring at his wife lovingly. "I brought some strays, I hope that's okay."

"Mikasa! Armin!" Lillian ran over to the exhausted pair, hugging them both and pulling them towards the house. She glanced behind her and noticed the awkward Marleyan soldiers. "Come on, I'm just about to make stew."

"Guys." Historia teared up with joy when she spotted the familiar faces. "You all came back. Where's Jean and Connie?"

"They didn't make it." Armin said grimly as he glanced around the few survivors.

"You did a good job." Hange complimented the boy, patting his shoulder proudly.

"Annie?" Historia's eyes lit up when she spotted the familiar blonde stood beside Reiner who could not keep his eyes off the blonde girl.

"Let me make some rooms for you all." Lilly smiled at them, walking away to fix up the guest rooms. It wasn't a large house but when it was being built they made sure there would always be enough room for a large family.

When she walked back downstairs she found Levi staring down at the sleeping baby, his eye darting between her and the child.

"Is that?"

"That's Historia's baby." She laughed, pulling him close to kiss him again. "This time you won't miss the birth."

"This time I promise I'll be present." He cupped her stomach lovingly, happy to be home with his family.

"If you wake him up!" Historia whisper yelled at the pair when she spotted them next to her son. "I swear I will use my power to kill you."

"Okay, we're heading to the kitchen." They found everyone sat around the large wooden table, some sat on the counters. They all looked exhausted, in need of food and sleep.

"What is this place?" Armin asked the doctor curiously as she heated up some water for tea.

"Our family home." Lilly answered him, handing out the cups of tea. "We had it built after Remy was born and planned to move into it but all that happened."

"I'm sorry for leaving you all." Hange apologised as she sat down, feeling guilty for leaving them before the fight. "I actually thought I had died but instead was blessed by an angel."

"You thought I was Erwin." She stated dryly as she cut up some vegetables for a stew.

"You have a lovely home." Pieck said awkwardly smiled at the woman.

"Thank you. I tried to make it as homey as I could. I just Erwin could see it." Lilly sighed, glancing at the framed drawing of her late brother. "Sorry, Erwin was my brother and was sadly killed by Zeke. Is Zeke..?"

"Yes." Levi answered is wife, rubbing her shoulders to relieve the tension. "I killed him myself."

"Thank you." She checked on the stew, seeing it was ready and serving it out to everyone. "Here you go, Falco. Make sure you eat it all to become strong and healthy."
