" It's time"

Sophie POV

I slipped on my white laced dress. Biana sure knows how to pick out a dress, I thought. It was very long and it reached the ground. I sighed and put on a pair of white earrings.

" You look beautiful, dear," Edaline gushed as she entered.

" Thanks, mom," I smiled.

" Fitz is one lucky man," Edaline smiled and stood behind me fixing parts of my hair.

I smiled as I remembered when Fitz proposed to me.

" Biana, I don't get why you blindfolded me," I groaned.

" Don't be like that Sophie. Now, come on!" Biana chided and held my hand and pulled me forward.

I walked and walked, let's say I walked for an eternity.

" Okay, take it down," Biana said and I did what I was told.

Then, I saw butterflies fluttering everywhere with flowers that led to a meadow. On the sides of the flowers were our friends. As I walked down the aisle, Fitz came into view. Fitz smiled and took my hand before he kneeled to the ground and pulled out a ring. ( Guess where I got the lyric from :) )

" Sophie, you and I had gone through ups and downs. From the day I met you, I felt this electric feeling I have never felt with anyone. That day, I knew you were something special to me and now I understand why. So, Sophie Foster / Ruewen will you make me the luckiest man and marry me?" Fitz asked.

I felt tears fill my eyes as I hugged him, " Yes!"

Our friends cheered loudly and Biana hugged me. Fitz kissed me on the cheek and I smiled. We have come a long way.

" Let's go shall we," Edaline said as she held out her hand.

" Of course," I smiled as I took her hand.

As we walked down the stairs, Grady was waiting, " It's time."

I put on a brave smile and walked towards Grady and waved at Edaline.

" You have made us proud, kiddo, though I suppose I can't call you that anymore," Grady whispered as I took his hand.

" I will always be your kiddo," I smiled and faced the door.

" Ready?" Grady asked.

" Ready as I will ever be," I smiled and took in a deep breathe.

The last thing I heard was, "Let's welcome the bride, Sophie Foster / Ruewen."
