*Valkyrie*
We sat in an awkward silence, i noticed three things. One, Ron had scooted closer to Rosi , two, Rowan had pulled me closer to him. And three, every girl within a six metre radius was staring at Jaiden. Rosi took a sip of her drink before making eye contact with me.
'Um so...it's been a while' i finally say
Jaiden smiles as if he hasn't noticed the awkward atmosphere. Oh please sweet lord cause a diversion this is so awkward.
'Yeah it's been a long time! How have you been?...where's Chase?' He asked.
I am seriously considering flipping a table right now.
'I'm good. And Chase and i aren't together anymore. We didn't work out.'
Jaidon noticeably brightened.
'So yeah um you already know Rosi, this is her boyfriend Ron and this is my husband Rowan' i say. His eyes narrow at the word husband.
'Nice to meet you' Rowan says oh my gosh this is so awkward.
I stare at Rosi and she mouths sorry
OH MY GOSH JUST PLEASE STOP THE AWKWARD I BEG OF ANYONE....MAYBE IF I HIT HIM WITH A SALMON...Valkyrie what is it with you and salmons? I inwardly kick myself.
'Oh! I have to go! Call me when you need me to pick you up' Rowan says, he leaves quickly. Maybe there's some mafia stuff going on? I hope he's alright...
'So! Gogo! He's your husband?' Jaiden says.
'Yep he is' i say and take a sip of my drink
'But it was arranged right?' He askes
I nearly snort my water out my nose,
'Yeah' i coughed out, in the corner of my eye i see Rosi going red trying not to laugh so i glare at her
'Ok cool! Does he have a girlfriend?' He asks
'This is getting awfully personal' i snap. I don't want him to get involved with my love life. It won't end well.
'Ah so I'll take that as a yes' he smiles like a little kid and i sigh
'What about you? Girlfriend?' I ask and his cheeks go pink ever so lightly.
'No i don't have a girlfriend she uh...she left me' he says. I immediately feel bad for bringing up the subject
'Oh my gosh! I'm sorry!' I say but he gives me a sad smile
'It's okay, your here and you make me happy!' He says. My heart does a mini flip...i still kind of like him....but then Rowan....but he has Elizabeth...but then she's spending so much time with Cas...and Rowan was jealous wasn't he? Oh gosh the one time i need my brain to work and it doesn't.
Oh gosh but then what if Mark....wait wait wait. My gaze snaps to Rosi
'What was your ex's name again?' I ask
'umm Mark why?' She answers
Oh. My. Gosh.
There is no possible way.
'What does he look like?'
'Um well blonde hair brown eyes scar on the right hand side of his face...crazy' she said, giving me a pointed look
'Noted' i mumble. There is no freaking way. First off he's not even in her league.
And they don't suit each other. Ron and Rosi suit perfectly, Rosi has bright blue eyes with a gold ring around the centre of them, she has red hair, a sprinkle of freckles and is SHORT (Not that i can speak, she is one centimetre taller than me).
Ron is very tall, hispanic. He is tanned and his body toned with mucles, dark brown hair with blond highlights and green eyes. Honestly Rosi gets all the good people...except Mark....
'VALKYRIE? YOU IN THERE?' Rosi shouts and i jump
'Uh yeah yeah I'm here' i mutter
'You good? Also why did you ask?' She says
'I saw him the other day' i say and she pales slightly, Ron wraps his arms around her protectively and she leans into him. Jaiden, i realise, has taken Rowan's seat next to me. I'm not sure how i feel about him. On one hand i like him but on the other hand, he is like a completely different person and i have Rowan...Kind of. But he has Elizabeth... I hate my brain.
'So Gogo! You wanna hang out sometime?' He asks, i look at Rosi for help but she's too busy staring into Ron's eyes.
'Uh yeah sure' i mutter
I call Rowan to let him know to pick me up and after around 5 minutes he honks his horn.
'It was so good to see you again!' and he englufs me in a hug.
'Can't.....breathe' i gasp out
'Oops! Sorry!' He chuckles
*Rowan*
I wait outside for VV and through the window i see Jaiden give her a hug. I feel a sudden pang in my heart.
No no no. This isn't part of the plan. I have Lizzie...i think.
VV leaps into the car 'GO FORTH TO OUR HOME!' She orders and i laugh, we zoom home and race to her bedroom,
'COME ON! No fair! You cheated! You didn't say GO!' VV complains and i laugh
'I won fairly so I'm choosing the movie!'
She huffs before lapsing back into thought.
*Valkyrie*
Was Mark really her ex?
Ding!
Jaiden: i had fun today! See you soon xx
Seriously? Kisses? Dude calm down we literally haven't spoken for three years.
??? POV
'Sir we saw them in the shop today' Jeremy reported
'Good. Jeremy, station there tomorrow'
'Yes sir'
'Rosi...haven't seen you in a while. Missed me?'
'Course she doesn't miss you sir! She's with a literal supermodel'
'What is your name?'
'Linda' she said
'WHY IS THERE A LINDA? DIDN'T I SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR A PATRICIA?'
'Sir Patricia is pathetic
Linda is aesthetic
So give me the damned job' Linda said
'You have a week to please me. If not i will skin you alive'
Linda bowed and left the room.
