Practice ran smoothly for the day.
Madame Marie was especially hard on the dancers today. She however announced the finalised dates of the perfomance and explained the course of action that the class would take to be able to be ready for it.
After that class, the two boys stayed behind as they had planned beforehand and worked hard on their parts to ensure they nail it.
Sweat trickled down Jimin's back and stuck to the loose strands of his hair that were not swept back by his hairband.
"Okay let's do the run and straight lift again. It's simple enough."
Mingi complies and the two do a few trials that inevitibly result to failures.
"What's the matter?" Jimin ends up asking. "You seem tense?" Today's practice was odd. Mingi was clumsier than usual and today his moves were sloppy. It seemed as though the strengths in his arms just jiggled making him unable to properly support the other boy.
"I dunno know what's the matter. Just stressed I think."
"You gotta push that away for now, I can't have you tripping over your feet and dropping me in the middle of the performance. One, madame would kill us and two, well, I might die."
The joke causes Mingi to chuckle and sit himself down on the hard wooden floor.
"Hey! No sitting, let's do it again, I can't be here all night!"
The boy sitting on the floor looks up towards the Jimin and smiles softly. "Thanks for staying back and helping me with the run."
"No problem, now up. Four more times should do it, you'll nail it." Jimin grabs the boy's wrist and yanks him upright. They do the run again and this time, without any trouble.
"That was good, great even!" Jimin celebrates and Mingi emits a small smile. "See I told you, you coul-"
"Jimin, the dance isn't the true reason I asked you to stay behind you know..."
"What?"
Mingi walks over closer to the male, "the actual reason was..."

"What should we watch today?" Taehyung asks as the brothers make their way in their house that same day.
Jimin doesn't answer his brother and walks upstairs into his room shutting the door behind him. Tae pays no attention to it and heads to his room as well. For the remainder of the night the two don't talk.
Taehyung takes his shower and changes into some comfy clothes for the night. He sits at his desk and writes down some ideas for his next club meeting, they were mostly just doodles here and there but to him that made sense. After that he gets some due homework done and spends the remaining time on Instagram.
His personal account had only 12 followers; 2 of those being Jimin and Hoseok, it's safe to say he wasn't as popular. The only thing he posted however were quotes from authors and scenery pictures he found nice. For personal reasons he didn't feel as comfortable to post his own pictures on there. It was a choice. Hoseok and Jimin on the other hand littered the app with their endless self photos.
In terms of aesthetic, Jimin's profile consisted of ballet stuff, dancing tutorials he liked, a bunch of selfies and occasionally his healthy smoothies.
As he scrols down further, he comes across a post by Hoseok, it was a picture of the ground taken from above.
Below it were his shoes and the shoes of a girl standing across from of his. She wore purple sketchers and hoseok sported green converses. The outline of their hands shadowed peace signs against the sun's glare and patterned that shape onto the concrete. The caption was a compilation of heart and shoe emojis.
