Ever since the blond woke up the next morning he's been jittery.
Thoughts of seeing Mingi at the wedding swam around in his mind like restless seahorses. The whole car ride to the estate-where the ceremony and reception-Jimin slowly dwindled into a nervous wreck.
Kind of stupid though considering he sees the boy everyday but a little voice told Jimin this was different, they weren't in school wearing their uniforms and weren't at practice in tights.
This was personal, he wasn't expecting much to happen but the goosebumps on his body said otherwise. The ceremony was held in a very classic catholic church, the walls were painted an off white creamy colour and the decor was exquisite.
They entered through the double door and was instantaneously greeted with a massive crowd of people chatting and exchanging greetings. Some were sitting however the majority were standing. Fancy and expensive conversations was the norm.
Jimin and Taehyung would often refrain from the boring conversations however were almost always roped in by their father and Hye-jin; Hye-jin more so.
And what do you know, as soon as they walk within reach of a small group of people Namjoon is immediately roped in. Unsurprisingly, considering his father is quite well known.
"Namjoon you old horn dog, I haven't seen the lot of you in years! Hye-jin on the other hand is everywhere." A man with a bald head, dressed in a three piece suit-that looked as if the buttons would not clasp if challenged to do so-walks over. A giant grin on his face.
"Hello,-" Namjoon greets. Jimin doesn't catch the name of the man however he does what he usually does; smile politely and Taehyung mimics as well.
The bald man ushers a woman forward to join in on the conversation and the four people begin to chatter away. Hye-jin being more dominant and forwards as usual.
"Oh my, your boys?" The woman questions grabbing Jimin's attention.
She was dressed very nicely, an extremely tight dress that hugged her body and a face caked with make up that did nothing to her complexion.
"It's been so long since I've seen them, years even. Hello, what handsome boys they are." She speaks to the two as if she flattering a baby.
It's somewhat uncomfortable but Jimin and Taehyung brush it off. Nothing they aren't use to.
"Hello." They simultaneously greet with a polite bow.
"Oh, such good manners. Mine is around here somewhere, can't keep him nailed down anymore, ever since they grew legs it's been an impossible mission. Am I right?" She sighs dramatically."Oh! There he is! Mingi? Mingi over here please."
Jimin's ears perk up at name. 'Mingi? That's his mom!? Oh.' He slowly realises.
The silver haired, turns to the direction of the call and spots the boy. The grey suit he's wearing accents well to his long posture, making him impeccably taller. Mingi joins the small group and a faint blush creeps up Jimin cheeks.
"Mingi sweet heart, this is Namjoon and Hye-jin say hello dear." The boy does as told keeping his eyes on Jimin. A small smile that screams 'coincident ' slacked there.
"And these are their children,-"
"Jimin and Taehyung."
"Oh you know them!?" Mingi's mom asks surprised for a second
"Eomma we go to the same school and Jimin is also my dance partner!" Mingi explains.
"Ahh, oh well good crack then, I'm glad you're friends. Isn't that right Namjoon?"
