Later that day, at lunch, the pair head to the cafeteria to meet up with Hoseok as per usual.
"Is that all you're eating?" Taehyung asks as they stand in the line and get their food. He stares at Jimin's platter that only has a small carton of almond milk and a bowl of blueberries.
Jimin shrugs his brother's concern away with an "I'm not that hungry."
They sit at their usual table and Taehyung places his muffin onto Jimin's tray. "Eat! You can't skip out on meals." The taller male was clearly not pleased with his brother's lack of appetite.
"Tae I'm fine, I'm going to eat after practice anyway!" Taehyung stares at him with suspicious eyes as Jimin sets the muffin back onto the latter's plate.
"Why don't I believe you?"
"I don't know! I'm really convincing, you're just skeptical about everything."
"Am not! You have-"
"What's with the argument!?" Hoseok appears out of nowhere butting into the conversation. He sits onto of the table with his feet on the bench seats. Taehyung stops talking and his voice gets small as the male leans his weight into the boy.
"Jimin won't eat the muffin I gave him! He's eating only blueberries!"
"I'll have it!" Hoseok says taking the muffin from the two and biting into it.
"Seriously though Chim, you need to eat!" He says, a mouthful of muffin.
"Will the two of you stop. I'm going to practice after school. I'm going to eat there!"
"Oh, I get you, Tae stop worrying you baby." Hoseok says ruffling the boy's hair.
After two more classes. School is let out. Jimin heads to his after school practice and so does Taehyung.
They would partake in activities to keep them busy and actually do what they love. Their school held many clubs and extra curriculars after school and they were taken seriously. Offering some of the most elaborate clubs and activities, they were well respected. For Jimin, it was dance. He'd been taking ballet since he was very young and fell in love with the art. As for Taehyung he liked literature and poetry.
When he was younger he took part in some writing competitions and decided to continue it in highschool. He was good at it. You may even say that he took it as a hobby. He writes a lot in his free time and likes to spend his time doing so. He didn't thrive on winning every competition, he was just content with the participation and challenge.
At 5 after their activities ended, the boys met up in the parking lot as per usual and they would drive home together.
"How was today's club meet?" Jimin asks his brother as they walk through the lot. "It was alright, we didn't do much. Just studied some old dead language and talked about an author."
"That sounds exhausting!" Jimin says half ass interested in anything to do with writing.
"Not as much, but it's tiring to keep your head focused on those writing styles, I like it though." Taehyung sighs as he stretches his arms above his head.
"Hmmm"
"What about you?"
Jimin lets out a long sigh and looks up tossing his head back. "We did about 19 runs of a part of a song just cause one person kept getting it wrong! My feet are killing me!"
Tae laughs at the latter's pain and pats him on the back.
"Are the recitals that hard?"
"It's not only ballet recitals you know, there's a bit of gymnastics and modern dance, hip hop, salsa and all those form of dance that we need to learn, and the instructor just goes way over board sometimes."
