I wake up with a pounding headache. I slowly peal myself off of the sheets and stand up. As i open my eyes i realise i don't recognise this room. It's dark and messy and absolutely stinks jesus. I make my way over to the door still in last nights clothes to realise i'm still in the boys apartment. i trudge down the hall to find Mick and Emi sat on the couch together.
" Good morning sleeping beauty " Emi says amusingly.
I sat down on the garden chair they call furniture with my hands rubbing my temples.
" what time is it " i say slowly try to adjust my eyes to the light of the room.
" noon " Mick answers me taking a swig out of the bottle of vodka he's nursing.
" good afternoon fuckers " Tommy screams jumping through the window. Nikki follows and catches my eye. Oh god i didn't want him seeing me in this state.
" hey where's Vince i barely saw him all night " Tommy asks looking around the tiny apartment.
" he left with that blonde chick " nikki adds. I stand up and make my way over to the kitchen sink. I look through the empty cupboards.
" do you guys not have any glasses " they start to laugh
" what do you think we are posh " nikki says sarcastically. oh for gods sake.
" here " nikki grabs a solo cup and rinses it under the running water.
" thanks " i roll my eyes.
" so rehearsal tomorrow " Tommy says breaking the silence.
I can feel Nikki staring at me. I look up at him and he just looks away. Interesting. He walks away a grabs a box of cigarettes sitting on the counter and makes his way outside. You're not getting away that easily.
I hop out the window and see him sat on the steps , i sit beside and he doesn't even acknowledge my existence. I grab the cigarette out of his hand and take a long drag blowing the smoke in his face. He looks and me still saying nothing.
" So, um what times rehearsal tomorrow " i try to make conversation. Even though i already know what time rehearsal is.
" 2 " he says. wrong it's actually 1 but i say nothing.
" do you guys always have crazy parties like this " he flicks his cigarette butt onto the floor.
" pretty much yeah , Vince used to invite everyone back after gigs at the whiskey and now it's become a thing " i look at him as he talks his voice is so mesmerising what accent even is that.
" I like your accent " i blurt out not realising i said what i said. He laughs. oh my god i hate myself.
" Thanks but i don't have an accent" he stands up leaving me alone on the stairs. Why am i like this. I know he's an asshole but there's no denying he's very attractive and that was our first civil interaction. Maybe he's not all bad....
Nikki's pov
I walk past everyone in the sitting room and make my way down the hall to my bedroom, locking the door behind me. I sit down on the thinking about her gorgeous blue eyes. No way. Nope not happening. Stop Sixx this isn't like you. I pace around my room internally talking to myself. god i'm fucking insane.
I hear a knock on my door. I must have fallen asleep.
" Yo Sixx we're going out you coming with " Vince must be home. I unlock the door and peep out the girls must be gone. I walk at seeing the guys drinking some beers.
" So you coming or not " Tommy says throwing me a can.
" Course i'm coming with " i take a swig of the beer.
" I heard Vanity will be there " I stop and look over at Vince who has raised eyebrows.
" look she's hot and all but she's just a bit too much " I cringe at the thought of her.
Like i said she's hot and but she's just so damn annoying. She's only good for one thing and one thing only. Not sex my other one true love... heroin.
She knows a guy who supplies her with smack. Stuffs good but is it actually worth it if she's involved...okay probably but i don't want the guys knowing i'm into that shit i don't want them lecturing me or telling doc.
" what are we waiting for let's go " Tommy hits me on the back as he makes his way out of the apartment. I have a bad feeling about all of this...
