" Nikki before you go inside I just want you to know... I don't think any of those things doc said to you " I smile.
" I know baby I know " I watch him walk up to his door walking inside.
As I drive home I start thinking. Maybe me and Nikki should give it another go. I just think I wrote it off too quickly. He's the type of person he's an asshole to everyone else but me. That makes me feel special in a weird way. Now that i'm single this is okay for me to think....right. Only problem is Nikki is not single. I wouldn't dare try and break them up cause like I've mentioned before cheating fucking hurts. Maybe I just have to let nature takes it's course, i'm a big believer in everything happens for a reason.
I arrive home to flowers outside my door. I sigh picking them up and reading the card.

I walk into the studio making a bee line for doc. He's stood talking to some producers but I don't care I need to talk to him now.
" Doc can I talk to you for a sec " I stand tapping my foot with annoyance.

" ugh well you see.. " he stutters
" No doc! look I appreciate you looking out for me I really do, but i'm a grown woman, i'm able to decide myself who I should cut out from my life " I'm being loud and can see people staring

" Well fine , thank you for apologising, but no more meddling you got it " I point at him. And he puts his hands up.

" Hey while you're here I actually have some good news.... " I can't tell if he's being sarcastic or not.

" WHAT!! oh my god, wait the album or the song !? " either way i'm happy.
" The song ! but the album is currently number 3 so I wouldn't rule it " I can't believe this i'm so fucking happy.
