21 - Sweet Beginnings

Giyu beheaded the Lower Moon Five and Nailee and Naigee went up to him.

"You were amazing, Tomioka-san!" Nailee cheered. Giyu turned his head to her and flinched a little.

"So there's really two of you?" Giyu asked.
"Who's this freak?" Naigee furrowed her eyebrows.

Nailee sighed "You really didn't change a bit." Nailee said as she looked at Tanjiro who was hovering above Nezuko and touched Rui's decapitated body.

Giyu walked up on the remains of Rui and looked down on Tanjiro. "Don't waste any sympathy on a demon that devoured humans. It doesn't matter if it looks like a child. It's still a hideous monster that's lived decades." Giyu spoke calmly but his words burnt.

"Hey! shut your mouth you white washed demon hunter." Naigee yelled at him but got no response from him.

"To avenge the people were killed, to make sure there are no more victims, of course i'll bring my blade down on any demon's neck without mercy!" Tanjiro said.

Naigee got close to Nailee and said "Your friends are literal weirdos." But what Tanjiro said next caught her unprepared

"But as for those whom being a demon meant despair, those who regretted their own actions... I will never trample over them!"

Giyu suddenly recognized who the children are he was talking to. "You're..."

"Look out!" Nailee yelled and pointed at someone who came flying to them. She went in her demon form and her known snake appeared on her head.

"Finally something interesting!" Naigee says as she goes in her demon form as well. Her twin tails turn into two green snakes.

Shinobu had tried to cut off Nezuko's head but Giyu prevented that. Shinobu then launched an attack at the twins who simply pushed her away using sorcery. They quickly ran behind Giyu.

"Oh my! Why would you get in my way, Tomioka? After telling me we could never be friends with demons... How should I put this?" Shinobu spoke.

'That bitch talks too much.' Naigee thought to herself looking extremely bored. "Which is exactly why no one likes you, you know." The twins hair went back to normal.

"I'm not... I'm not disliked by people." Giyu said. "No sweetie, you are hated by people." Naigee giggled. Nailee looked like she was about to scream.

"Well, I'm sorry. You hadn't realized that people didn't like you then until now. That was uncalled for, please forgive me." Shinobu said.

"Oh I like you!" Naigee said. "Naigee?!" Nailee yelled.

Shinobu then tried to explain that the thing Tanjiro is protecting is a demon, he explained what happened to her and Shinobu suggested to use a poison that won't make her feel anything.

"Why are all of you demon slayers just so stupid and weird?" Naigee asked. "Naigee!!" Nailee yelled at her sister.

"Can you move?" Giyu asked Tanjiro. Naigee looked at Tanjiro and then looked at Giyu. "I'll answer for him, no." Naigee replied.

"Make yourself move even if you can't move." Giyu said. Naigee just stared at him. "Are you blind? He looks like he's about to die." Naigee said, Giyu was ignoring her, which grew Naigee quite irritated.

"Take your sister and run." Giyu told Tanjiro. "You two run away as well." Giyu said to the twins. "Sorry pretty boy, but I came here to kick ass." Naigee said to him.

Tanjiro started to run while the twins and Giyu were up against Shinobu.
"Isn't that against corps rules?" Shinobu asked.

"Oh my dear- Just zip it and fight, loser!" Naigee said before she launched an attack on Shinobu.
