"Hello? Yes. I will be there in a minute. Just tell them that I'm on my way. Yeah.Bye" she faced me and sighed. " We'll talk about this later Meg. I have to go." She suddenly left me.
I thought this is the time na matagal ko ng hinihintay just to tell them that I need them. I thought ito na ang timing na kailangan ko at matagal ko ng dinarasal. But not. False alarm lng pla.
I think masasabi ko na sa kanila.

Just me and them, together in just a couple of hours or even days. Having a family day-out with them. Having fun .We, together.

Kinuha ko ang telepono sa side table ko at agad na sinagot ang tumawag.
" Hello? This is Megan Austine Nalvega speaking?" I said in a cold tone. As always nman eh.
"Uhmm Meg. This is Kayla. I just wanted to tell you if pwde ba akong magday-off bilang assistant mo." She said and sighed so deep." K-kasi nagkasakit si nanay. Wlang magbabantay at mag-aalaga sa kanya kundi ako lng. Please Meg payagan mo na ako" I can hear her how tired she is.
Siguro ay magdamag nyang binantayan ang nanay nya.
" Natapos mo na ba ang paperworks na pinagawa ko sayo Kayla?" I just said while scrolling in my emails.
"O-oo nman Meg. K-kaso wlang may magdadala ng mga documents sayo. Di ko kasi maiwan si nanay eh."
" No worries. Ipapakuha ko na lng yan sa driver ko. Magpapadala na rin ako ng pera sa driver pra ibigay sayo ng may magasto ka nman sa nanay mo. Atsaka ipacheck-up mo na rin sya."
" No Meg its ok. Sobra-sobra na ang tulong na ibinigay mo sa amin. Ok na yung payagan mo akong magday-off." Tss. Tigas tlga ng ulo ng babaeng ito.
"No Kay. Its my help. Hindi nman kita sisingilin dyan. You can call it as my help pra sa nanay mo. I know how much you care and love your nanay so please accept my help. Do you understand me?"
" O-ok. Salamat tlga Meg."
"Bye." binaba ko na ang telephone at tinawag ang assistant kong si Myka gamit ang intercom.
" Myka. i want you to call my driver and tell him to go at Kayla's house to get the documents i need. And please withdraw 10,000 money from my account and give it to Kayla. Do you understand?"
"Yes maam." she just answered.
Pagpapahingahin na muna kita ngayon. Cause later I have many works for you to do.
