The Stakeout
As Dawn was on the back of Naga with Korra, she looked around the area to see if she could spot the traitor and kick his ass herself. She had enough of people stabbing her in the back these past few months and she wasn't going to take it anymore. The girl looked to see Mako staring at her and she turned around quickly to hide the fact that she was going to stare at him. "Aiwei's definitely been through here. Nice tracking, girl." Korra patted Naga while Dawn got off and kept her eyes peeled for anything suspicious.
"Let's ask around. Maybe someone's seen him." Mako stated as they all went inside a bar to ask around, only for everyone to stare at them and Dawn furrowed her eyebrows.
"What a nice greeting." She breathed out and Bolin gasped.
"Ooh, look, they have a mover poster of me. Must be big Nuktuk fans. Yeah. I should go over and say hello." Bolin said happily as Mako grabbed him back and rolled his eyes.
"No, those are wanted posters, and there's one for each of us. 'Wanted by her Majesty, the Earth Queen, for crimes against the Kingdom.' I'm guessing this is because we took her Air Benders." Mako said while Dawn scoffed and Korra was fuming.
"They weren't here to keep. I swear, if I ever see her pinchy little Queen face again, I am gonna- -" and Asami cut her off as she saw the bounty hunters all raising their weapons.
"Uh, guys." Asami mumbled as Dawn glared at everyone and got in a fighting stance.
"We should get out of here." Asami said while they left and not before Korra threatened them with her eyes and Dawn bending a large flame.
"I'm the Protector of her and this group, so if you decide to them, you'll have to go through me." She whispered threateningly and walked out.

As they continued with their tracking, Naga stopped at a wall and as Korra hopped off, she looked out the large boulder that seemed out of place. "Naga found something." Korra said while she moved the boulder and revealed a jeep. Naga pouted while nudging at Korra as she winced. "Oh, sorry. I forgot to bring treats. But good girl." Korra tried while patting her.
Naga whimpered and slapped her with her tail as she walked away and Dawn laughed. "This must be Aiwei's Jeep. He can't be far." Asami stated.
"Dawn and I will investigate the Misty Palms Oasis and see if he's holed up there." Mako said while Dawn raised an eyebrow.
"Me?" She asked and Mako frowned.
"Yeah? We are still police partners. We have the training." Mako said and Dawn tensed.
"Right, yeah, no, I knew that." She muttered and Bolin slapped his forehead.
"I'm coming too." Korra stated.
"No. You, Asami, and Bolin wait here in case he comes back. Besides, we don't want to call too much attention to ourselves." Mako told her.
"All right." Korra muttered and Dawn sighed.
"Ooh. Mako, Mako, Mako, you should wear disguises and pretend you're going undercover. That way, no one will recognize you." Bolin laughed and jumped excitedly. "Police work is so exciting." Bolin said and before Dawn could stop him, he had placed bright yellow jackets and goggles of the two while Dawn frowned and looked over the material.
