Chapter Two: The Black Parade

Josui stared at Celine  in shock. "You mean you can't see them?!" Looking around, the poor girl was scared, almost crying. "JoJo, I don't know what you mean, what the hell is going on?" Amun stood back up, "Jojo? That was the nickname of the man who tried to kill my mother." Josuke chuckled, "Yeah, it's my nickname too, you bastard. Leave them alone, Amun. You want to kill someone, kill me." Amun laughed, "My fight isn't with just you, it's with all of the Joestar family. I am going to make sure that you all will die." Josuke stood tall and didn't move, staring at his towering foe who took about five steps towards him, Amun putting himself in bewteen Josui and Celine. Josui watched as he didn't see the yellow ghost man anywhere. There was a sudden scream as Josuke looked and saw Amun's Stand hold a knife at not only Celine's neck, but her right-hand wrist, left thigh and her stomach. Josui looked at her in shock, he didn't know what to do. "Touch me Jojo, or use your Crazy Diamond on me and the girl will die in the most horrible way possible. Do you want her blood on her hands?" Josuke stood down and kept his eyes on Amun. He pulled off his trench coat and threw it away, revealing that he wore a black and red spandex shirt over his freakish muscles. He even wore black pants with a hint of gray and combat boots that looked like he could easily crush his throat. To further his use of fear against the father and their son, Amun pulled out a twelve inch knife and walked towards Josuke with a crooked smile on his face. Josui panicked, not knowing what to do, he just started to shake in fear. Putting his hand around Josuke's neck and said, "Don't worry, boy. You will die next, after your father. Funny, I thought that sending Father Pucci to kill you would be easy. The only good thing he did was kill your nephew."

Josui's eyes and ears focused on Amun, who was about to cut Josuke's throat. Josuke was about to use his restoration power to save the girl, but a blue blur tackled into Amun's side, knocking him and Josuke over. Josuke looked up and saw his son's body laying on top of Amun, unaware that he tackled he towering foe. Amun pushed Josui off of him and said, "You think that could hurt me?! You little shit, thanks to you, that girl will die!" Josui looked at Amun and wished that he could save Celine as Amun jumped at Josui. He closed his eyes and felt a body fall on him and heard Amun cried out in pain. Opening his eyes, he saw Celine on his chest and looked and saw instead of Celine sitting on the bench, rather Amun sitting there with stab marks all over his body from the giant yellow man.

"Josui, what happened?"

About a half-hour later, Josui and Celine were sitting next to each other in the back of Josuke's  police car on their way to the police station to give their testimony about what had happened. But for both of them, they didn't know what to think. "Jojo," He looked and saw Celine had began to cry. "What had happened back there?" He looked out the window, thinking about what Amun said about, "Killing the Joestar family." Turning his head to look at Celine, he wiped up her tears with his hand and said, "I don't know." The police stopped at the station and took the two of them in. They both sat down in the interrogation room and watched a detective walk in. He was caring a file and introduced himself as detective Lenard Springsteen. "Josui Higashikata and Celine John. I'm very sorry for what happened to the two of you." He pulled out a tissue and handed it to Celine who began to cry. "But I need to know what happened." Josui began to tap his foot at incredible speed as he set his arms on his lap, tears almost begin to well up. "Where is my father?" Detective Springsteen sighed and replied, "Your father is examining the attacker and wanted me to interview you Did you ever meet your grandfather, Josui?" Calming down, he said, "No. He died before I was born. Dad talked a lot about him, but even he didn't know much." With curiosity clawing around the detective, he pulled out a picture of a woman  with light brown skin, purple hair and said, "What about this woman, do you recognize her?" Josui shook his head no, "What does this have to do with me?" Springsteen said, "The woman's name is Mariah. She is from Egypt and we've found out that the man who attacked you is her son. Apparently she had a history with your grandfather, where she tried to kill him but that's all we know. Some people thought that she tried to hurt him with magic, but that is just superstition. We tried to interview his mother, but we found her... killed."
