Chapter Seven: Family Technique

Amun with Death Punch.

Ramone with Maid of Iron.

Zombie Rob with Smashed Pumpkins.

Each one had a Stand, each one possibly stronger than the last. Three of these terrible titans against two members of the Joestar family, what else could Josui and Josuke do? Crazy Diamond and Mercury Vision stood by the Stand users while they looked around in anger. Even if they made the smallest move, just one of them could jump of them and take them out. Josui tried to think of an idea that wasn't take out just one of these Stand users, let alone all three. Josuke thought and thought about what to do. He tried to think of every battle strategy that worked against Angelo and Kira, but either of those strategies worked because of Jotaro using the time stop, or-- Wait. "It's going to be okay, I've got a plan." Putting his hand on Josui, he pushed her out behind him and ran out jumping under Amun's legs before Amun could register what he saw. And only one thing left Josuke's mouth:

"RUN FOR YOUR LIFES!!"

Josui ran away, while luckily not wearing high heels. Josuke ran in the opposite direction having Amun chasing him. Zombie Rob and Ramone ran after Josui, who at this point was already out of the subway and even managed to run across the block into a clothing store. Hiding in a dressing room, she rocked back and forth to the point where everything became nothing but a blur. Peaking out of the dressing room, she didn't see either Stand user or feel their disgusting aura stink the air anywhere nearby. Josui quickly pulled a teal colored jacket, a pleated miniskirt and a pair of flats that were reasonably cheap. Setting them on the counter, she kept looking around and eventually paid for her things. Running back to the dressing room, Josui changed her jacket, skirt and shoes. To throw off the other Stand users, she pulled off the wig and brushed her actual hair with her hands. With a new hair style Josui walked out calmly and watched Zombie Rob walk into the clothing store.  A stranger looked in the direction of Zombie Rob coming out of the dressing room with Josui's jacket in hand. He threw it away and stormed out while the stranger picked up the jacket and smiled.

Running through the streets of the city, Josuke jumped over a car and saw Amun chasing after him with his trench coat on. Reaching for his gun, he realized the gun was no longer with him and so, kept charging. Running into a nearby alleyway and made sure that his stalker followed Josuke into said alleyway. Pulling out Crazy Diamond, Josuke prepared for battle. But first, a few questions. "So... How did you get out of the hospital you crazy bastard?!" Amun laughed. "DIO will protect me as he always did." Josuke said, "Damn it, I asked you a question! How did you get of the hospital?!" Amun laughed even more and lifted his arm to rub his eyes. "You really think I'm here? Looks like you forget that Stands have a variety of powers, like how yours can restore anything, another Stand..." Amun lifted his hand and puts it through a wall showing he was like some kind of ghost! But, it wasn't a ghost, it was a-- "Creative hallucination. This is the power of Smashed Pumpkins, not only splitting you and your daughter apart, but leading you away from your daughter while Zombie Rob and Ramone are looking for her..." Josuke began to choke on his own breath, he realized what he did to his own son. "You bastard. I don't know what my father did to your mother, but that doesn't matter now. What matters is what you do now. Rather, what the real Amun does now." Amun looked at him and tried to harm Josuke but Amun disappeared because Josuke didn't believe he was real now. But that didn't matter now. Josui needed him more than ever.

Josui on the other hand walked down the street to avoid blowing his cover. Crossing the street, she went to the Museum and remembered something her father told her, "Josui, if you're being followed, go to a public place or find someone to hang out with so whoever is following you will leave you." Walking around the Museum, she looked around the air and bumped... into Zombie Rob. Turing around and apologizing quickly, she started to walk away but then he put his hand on her shoulder. "Don't apologize. I'm the one who should be sorry." Josui turned and looked at Zombie Rob who had tried to stretch his growled expression into a smile. Smiling back, Josui walked away and kept her distance from him. She walked away until she saw Ramone approaching. Keeping herself in check, Josui turned away again and started to head out of the Museum. Walking out onto the sidewalk, she called out for a taxi. When one came by, Josui quickly climbed in and said to the driver, "Take me anywhere! Just as long it isn't here." So the driver just started driving in one direction until the vehicle suddenly stopped violently. She looked back and saw Smashed Pumpkins holding the car with Zombie Rob running up to the car. Before he could open the door of the Taxi, Josui had already escaped out the other side and was running away. Thankfully, she was wearing flats and was running faster than she had ever done before. Zombie Rob gave chase and came close to catching Josui at a few times but then something happened. Josui was running, trying to catch the bus and then she jumped and nearly missed but somehow... teleported away onto the bus as if the space between the bus and her... disappeared. Zombie Rob tried to catch her, but she turned and kicked him in the face as the bus rode away with Josui on it.  Ramone caught up and started chuckling. "The hell was that?!" They looked at the ground and saw a blue line between where the bus was and where Josui was in the air. It was almost like the space between them disappeared into the crack. Zombie Rob looked at the ground and wondered that had happened. Ramone said, "Looks like someone was watching over her. There's only one person who would." Zombie Rob frowned even more and knew there was one person who could do that. Josui's phone started ringing and she pulled it out to see her father was calling. "Dad? Where are you? What happened?" Josuke took a deep breath and said, "Josui, I'm so glad you're okay. Did they catch up to you?" Taking a calming, deep and  fresh breath of air, she said, "I was chased, but I got away. What about you? Did Amun get to you?" Looking at his violently shaking hands, Josuke said, "Amun wasn't there. It was a hallucination from one of the Stand users. Josui, where are you?" Josui almost started to cry and said, "I'm on a bus and... I don't know where this thing is going." Trying to comfort his son, Josuke replied, "Josui, you're going to be okay. Look, stay on the bus for as long as possible and when you're far enough, get off. I'll send Zeppeli to find you, okay?" Josui nodded, then replied with a yes and got off the bus several blocks later.

Sitting on a bench at the bus stop, Josui cleaned up her makeup and took a deep breath. What the hell was I thinking, coming out here? She thought to herself. Her father would have found out about the DIO Cult either way. What did she think she was going to do? Josui found herself completely useless in that moment. What was the point in coming out here? But then, a hand came down on her shoulder causing her to turn around and see Zombie Rob. Shit! Her heart started beating insanely, every single muscle in Josui's body began to tense up violently, her neurons were firing off more than a thousand automatic rifles all pointed at a target. There was nothing that could be worst than this. Josui had played into the hands of the enemy. In a rather unfitting voice, that was cool calm and... rather soothing like a woman's voice but coming out of a man. "Where are you doing here? I've been looking for you all over town and your sister is worried, dear." Dear?! Looking back up at him, Josui felt like she was going to throw up and die right then and there while melting away in slow painful death. What could she do?! Ramone ran up behind Zombie Rob and hugged Josui violently, crying and acting like they knew each other. "Sis, where have you been?! We've been looking everywhere for you! Please don't leave us alone like that again..." Ramone was pretending that they were sisters?! Now, this was truly bizarre. Feeling far more afraid and scared, Josui stood up and went with them. Josui began to panic, her heart beating wildly. Tears nearly were about to well up and the fear in her suddenly increased as they walked away. Everyone ignored the three of them and Josui said nothing until they went into a nearby alleyway. Josui, still speaking in a feminine voice, said on the verge of tears, "Look, I don't know what's going on. Whatever you want, I'll give it to you! Anything you want! Please, just let me go!" Zombie Rob looked back at Ramone, who nodded at him back. Zombie Rob looked back at Josui and then used Smashed Pumpkins to try and smash in Josui's head with a giant clawed hand. The terrified Josui sat there, in fear and watched the monstrous Stand before him without realizing that she was in a losing situation. This demented mental mindfuck of a human being began to attack Josui. Mercury Vision pressed his hands against Smashed Pumpkin's claw hand and tried to push back but Josui's attempts to protect herself were nearly futile and in vain. There was nothing else she could do. Ramone laughed as she watched her opponent struggle with this unbearable horror in mind. Josui started crying and even started violent kicking and screaming. While Josui and Mercury Vision pushed back, Zombie Rob and Ramone looked around to see if anyone was coming around to see what the commotion was. But then a voice shouted, 

"Oi! Everybody okay over there?" A voice called out from the other side of the alleyway. Zombie Rob nodded to Ramone to get rid of whoever it was. Ramone walked over to take care of whoever it was but then came back with both of her hands covering her face. What was even more bizarre was that Ramone was apparently crying. Josui and Mercury Vision kept pushing back against Smashed Pumpkins while seeing what Ramone was crying about. "Rob... I-I-I... M-my-y f-ac-ce...!" She put her hands down and with tears pouring down her face... or what was left of it, showed that part of her face was gone. The face wasn't torn and there wasn't a hole in Ramone's head. A hole would be something! Whereas her face was perfectly symmetrical, now both of her eyes were completely uneven. In fact, it was like everything in a diagonal line had been erased from Ramone's face and everything else came back together despite what was missing. Zombie rob demanded to know who did this to her and she pointed to a man out of view of Josui. Before anything could be done by either one of them, they suddenly were pulled by some invisible force followed by a voice that shouted, "Kid! Run! Tell your old man I'll meet him later!" Without looking, Josui got out from behind the dumpster and didn't look at who saved her. She ran out and felt a bag land in her arms. Josui kept running for at least six blocks.
