"I was afraid of this..." Zeppeli muttered under his breath. Josui turned to him and shouted, "What? What do you mean?" Holding up the dagger while it was wrapped in a towel, he said, "Did Celine cut herself with this dagger?" Ramone, who was on fire, jumped at them only for the Black Parade to wrap itself around her body and tightly squeezed her to prevent her from moving. Josui nodded yes and Zeppeli replied, "Oh dear God, this can only mean the dagger is forged from the Requiem Arrow! Celine is now a Stand user, like us!" Looking back at her, Josui was shocked that those very words came from his mouth. Celine? A Stand user? The bronze arm fired another beam of concentrated fire at Ramone, but the monster healed from her damage and sent Maid of Iron to attack her again, this time far more spikes than before. Charging at Celine, Ramone saw nothing but red. Josui drained the water out of the grass and impaled her with a gigantic wave of ice, trapping her instantly. This does little to nothing as Ramone busted out and was suddenly attacked by the Black Parade, wrapping around her arms and legs. She then was subject to several different types of snake venom from Zeppeli. "Indian Krait, Malayan Krait, Chinese Banded Krait and Coastal Taipan! Hina! Aim for the shoulder and the head! Black Parade is not wrapped around those areas." She then took her gun and fired twice in the shoulder and once in the head. "Tell me Ramone," He said as he held up the dagger. "Who made this? Why did you have this?!" Celine laughed as she began to tell a story. "That weapon existed long before all of you ever did. This dagger was forged from the meteorite thousands of years after it landed on Earth. Master DIO had it in its meteor form for safekeeping. But when he was defeated, we found his prize and forged it into the very weapon that it is today. That's when your bastard nephew," she said pointing at Josuke, "destroyed the dagger. We didn't have the power to restore much like this bastard. So we used the only piece of the dagger we had to disguise it as the pin to get your attention and--" Josuke interrupted her. "Tricked me into restoring the dagger. But why? What do you want the dagger for?!" With a smile that could nearly turn Josuke, his family, Zeppeli and Okuyasu into stone.

"Because Lord DIO demands it. He wants to return! He will return!"

In fury, Josuke sent Crazy Diamond to beat the hell out of her, but instead she began to feel different, yet familiar. She looked at her hands and saw them turning back to normal but then felt a blade stab her in the neck, because of Josui using Mercury Vision to decapitate her. Josuke used Crazy Diamond to restore Ramone from her monster form before Josui removed her head! In retaliation, Ramone used her Stand to attack everyone until she suddenly felt a giant wave of heat against her face but one that focused on the bottom of her neck. She looked and saw Celine and her Stand using a beam of heat, setting Ramone's neck on fire, cauterizing the neck so it wouldn't reattach her head to her body. Chuckling, staring at Ramone with her blood red and murderous eyes and said, "Do you really think that fire would hurt me?! Ha! The only thing fire could hurt is probably your parents. And that's if they're even alive..." Celine's eyes burned with a flaming hatred that ignited into a wildfire of nothing but pure uncontrolled anger. Suddenly, another bronze arm came out of the other side of her body and started beating Ramone's head with both fists at the same time, turning the vampire's head into nothing but blood, mashed up bone and brain into a disgusting pile of red pulp and little pieces of bone. In an endless flaming rage, Celine's metal arms suddenly started to punch the ground, making a hole the size of a stove. Ramone's head rehealed itself, revealing her entire body while completely nude and making Okuyasu start to gag in disgust. Celine prepared both of her metal arms in preparation to annihilate her foe. Josui armed Mercury Vision with  katanas made of water while Okuyasu and Josuke looked at each other and came up with a plan.
