The hand they saw sticking out of the car window was pale and almost lifeless, but seemed so full of life all at the same time. Celine saw how the fingers barely twitched, showing there was some form of life, but somehow no life at all. Josuke never set eyes on this hand before in his life but knew who it belonged to:

"DIO Brando..."

"Please, just call me DIO... In fact I doubt I have ever met you before in my life, have I?"

Josuke gritted his teeth and clinched both of his fists together as Crazy Diamond began to appear behind him. Mercury Vision grabbed a hold of Crazy Diamond, refusing to let go as Josui knew they were nowhere ready to fight this... being in front of them. Encased in shadow, DIO smiled with his left eye staring at Josuke, but then at David and Celine, finally staring at Josui with a cold, sinister glare that gave off an impression, almost like he was smiling.

"Well, well, well. Just who are you, young man?"

Josuke moved his body to block DIO's view of his teenage son but as he stood in between his son and DIO, he found himself back where he was just standing. Bolting towards his son again, he found himself running into a nearby car in the opposite direction that Josuke was running in to begin with. He stood up, blood pouring out of his nose. "Jotaro told me about this!" He shouted, pointing at DIO. "Your Stand is the World, one of only two Stands that can stop time!" DIO laughed, "And the other?" Josuke gritted his teeth and his eyes glowed red with fathomable rage. David at this point was speechless and didn't utter a word when DIO's eye looked up at him and said, "Greetings, young man. Tell me, how is your mother?" Jumping at the shadow covered figure, David roared as Magic Dance jumped at the car but then, felt something. He looked down and saw a hole through his body, leaking blood like a faucet. Feeling weak, David fell down only to be caught by Josuke. DIO began to chuckle as Crazy Diamond fixed the near fatal wound that could've killed the young man. With a fully healed David in his arms, Josuke realized they were far too under powered to fight that... thing in the car. The most Josuke could do was spit upon the vampire's car in disgust with a growl on his lips. Josui leaned back in horror of what was happening, his head almost ready to explode. Running his fingers through his hair, all his eyes could look at was none other than that man, no. That monster... known as DIO Brando.

"What do you want DIO?" Josui asked with a notable shiver in his voice. Celine looked at his hands, seeing that they were shaking violently, possibly out of fear or rage above all else. The shaking got only worst when DIO chuckled and replied, "Finally! Someone gets to the point. Well, perhaps I should start from the beginning. What do I want? I want something that everyone wants or needs: Control. When people acquire wealth, they have control. Of course, this isn't the eighteen hundreds, so slavery is not quite in the picture anymore. What I mean by control is simple:

When I was young, I was powerless. I sat in a restaurant, beating people at chess in order to get my bastard father whiskey. One night, I took thirty pence from a man but then he grabbed my head and slammed my face into his food, insulting me. I was disgusted, tortured and I hated it. But then that's when I learned about the Joestars. They were one of the most powerful families in the world back then. Back when we called it modern... There was nothing modern about it at all. Because your ancestor, Jonathan Joestar treated his good life as nothing but a happy little anecdote instead of utilizing the power and control he had! With each year and decade that passed, I found that I was unhappy with each piece of control I had gained. With my vampiric power, I became unhappy.
