Josuke watched as Sara came in armed with a flamethrower and Zeppeli's arms filled with bags of blood. "Zeppeli, what the hell are you doing?! Where did you get those?" To which Sara replied, "Josuke, there's no time to ask questions. We need you to sit Mr. Joestar up right now!" Still questioning what he was doing, Josuke quickly lifted up the body of his father over his shoulder and leaned him forward while Zeppeli sat behind Joseph, pressing the bags of blood against his back. "Listen Josuke, you have to punch these bags but don't rip them! If you punch through your father's chest, you can grab the blood and pull it into his body! Hurry!" Josuke quickly summoned Crazy Diamond and shouted DORA!!, punching through Joseph's chest, grabbing the packs of blood. Ripping all of the bags out, Josuke looked and saw that the bags were still inside of his father's body! "OH SHIT! I GOT TO GET THE BAGS OUT OF HIS BODY RIGHT FUCKING NOW!" To which Zeppeli stopped him and sent Black Parade to float into Joseph's body to remove the bags. Sinking its teeth into multiple bags, the Stand made sure to rip the plastic and teleported them out of his body, saving him. As Black Parade removed the bags, the blood slowly began to rejuvenate Joseph's body while Crazy Diamond both began to restore his body. Crazy Diamond then floated its hand into his chest, squeezing Joseph's heart and letting go of it. This began to let Joseph's heart beat again as his body slowly began to reheal and even age backwards. Josuke watched as his father's body began to almost inflate with gigantic muscles while Sara stared at the broad shoulders and large biceps of the man on the bed. Joseph slowly began to open his eyes then looked around, rubbing his eyes with the only hand he had left. "What the... where the hell am I? Who are you people?" To which Josuke responded, "Dad! You're okay! Oh my god... You're okay..." But Joseph had nothing but a confused look on his face until Sara watched as Joseph punched his own son in the stomach. Falling to the floor, Josuke vomited up whatever he ate beforehand as Joseph shouted, "Where the hell is my daughter?! Who the hell are you bastards?! All I have is one daughter, not some Japanese scum! Where is she?! What have you done with my Holly?!" Standing around in his bathrobe, Joseph looked around at everyone like a wild animal while Sara was certain to use the flamethrower on her father-in-law. Zeppeli stared at Joseph with a look of fear over his face as he wondered if this was the, "Crazy, weird old man" Jotaro told him about many years ago.

"But... Where's my daughter?! Where's Holly?" Joseph looked around and had a look of concern on his face. Zeppeli thought about why Joseph acted this way until it clicked for him, so he looked at the old man and asked him, "Mr. Joestar, what is the last thing you remember? Do you remember going to Japan in 1983?" Joseph said yes but then said, "The last thing I remember was fighting DIO... I felt a knife hit me in the neck and everything went dark after that. What the hell is going on?!" To which Josuke, who was still on the floor holding his stomach replied, "Sir, DIO got his ass handed to him by your grandson, Jotaro Kujo. Thanks to you, not only was Holly saved, but me too, your son! Josuke Higashikata!" Zeppeli put a hand on Joseph's shoulder and said, "Mr. Joestar, what year is it?" Joseph looked at him and saw how much he looked like Caesar Zeppeli, "It's... 1988, right? I... I don't remember." Grabbing his father by his shoulders, Josuke shouted, "Do you remember my mother?! Tomoko Higashikata?! The woman you slept with?!" Slowly taking Josuke's arms off his shoulders, he calmly said, "I... remember her... But... was I in a coma?" Then there was a quiet angelic voice that whispered, "Dad...?" They all looked at the doorway and saw a young girl with shoulder length black hair and wearing a blue tanktop with shorts. She was covered in silhouette but Sara and Josuke knew who she was. Joseph calmly said to her, "Uhh... Hey kiddo, are you okay?" The little girl rubbed her eyes and whimpered, "I heard scary noises and got scared." Picking up the little girl over his shoulder and comforting her, Joseph whispering to her that everything is fine. He handed her to Sara, who took her to back to her room while Joseph looked at his son with tears welling up in his eyes.
