TODOROKI SENT A WAVE OF ICE TOWARDS LEILANI, ATTEMPTING TO FREEZE HER. UNFORTUNATELY FOR HIM, she was able to effortlessly dodge it. Leilani used her water powers and swirled it over to him. He used his ice quirk and managed to freeze the incoming water bubbles.
While Todoroki was busy deflecting the water, Leilani took the opportunity and used her vines to trap him.
Todoroki seemed to notice and used his vines, attempting to freeze it, but it was unsuccessful. It only made the vines quicker and sturdier, and it tangled him in it.
"My vines are stronger when it comes to a lower temperature like I said before." She reminded, then released the boy from the plant's grip.

"Use your quirk and find a different opening. Do what you can to win." She added.
This time, Leilani was first to send an attack. She used her vines and it crawled towards Todoroki. Instead of freezing the vines, he blocked with an ice wall.
He used his ice quirk once more, but this time with more control. He created four paths of ice, heading straight for the girl. One on each side until she was cornered.
