I WALKED TOWARDS THE STANDSTO WATCH THE REMAINING contestants before fourth round. As I was walking there, I crossed paths with Todoroki, making me stop my tracks. "Congratulations on your win, Imeria." He spoke first.
I rubbed the back of my neck in embarrassment. "Uh, yeah. Thanks, Todoroki." I replied, still feeling an awkward tension between us. "So... are you coming to watch from the stands as well?" I asked, and he shook his head.
"It's better to calm my mind before I get into battle. You are going to be my next match, aren't you?" He stated, causing me to tense up.
I gulped in nervousness. He was right. The next match won't be an easy fight. The fight with Iida wasn't practically easy, considering his skills and determination to make his family proud. And summing up to the wave that kept on bugging me for the entire day wasn't much of a help either. It seemed to be affecting me entirely and at this point, I'm only on the brink of collapsing.
"Yeah. We will be going up against each other soon." I said.
The rush of a paining wave hit me hard on the head once again, causing me to wince in pain. I placed my hand on the wall for support. Todoroki tried to hold onto me to restrain me from falling, but I managed to keep my balance.
"Whatever you're feeling is getting worse, Imeria. I overheard Uraraka and Asui talk about it at the stands. You should go and see Recovery Girl." He advised. I shook my head. "No, I'm fine. This will go away soon. It's nothing."
