An explosion suddenly happened somewhere nearby them. "What was that noise??" Midoriya questioned, staring into the distance, seeing smoke in the air. The rest rushed over to where the explosion happened, while Mineta and Kaminari stayed at the cafe to continue their jobs.
Once the rest had arrived, they stopped at a battlefield-like area with smoke coming out. "A clearance time at 33 seconds!! He's in eighth place!!" The announcer exclaimed as the dusty smoke cleared up, slowly revealing a certain red-spiky-haired boy on the screens.
"Kirishima??" Midoriya's eyes widened in shock and so did his classmates. "So, I'm guessing he's from U.A as well?" Melissa inquired, tilting her head in curiosity. "Yeah, he's in the same class as us." Midoriya replied.
"Please welcome our next challenger!!" The announcer yelled through the speakers, causing them to look over to the ground of the field.
The Class 1-A students' eyes were widened in surprise upon seeing a particular ash-blonde-haired boy. "Kacchan?!!" Midoriya gawked in shock.
"The villain tech course has been reset! Ready?? GO!!" The announcer proclaimed. Bakugo immediately used his quirk, jolting himself up from the ground. He propelled himself towards the robot targets, destroying each one of them while screaming the word, "DIEE!!"
'..Die..?' Midoriya thought to himself, blinking as he watched the blonde.
"Look at that time!! Only fifteen seconds!! First Place!!" The announcer declared in amazement, eyes sparkling on the displayed time on the screen. Bakugo landed cooly on the ground with a smirk on his lips, before standing back up, walking away from the fake mountain ranges.
"Hey!" Kirishima called out to him, "Isn't that Midoriya in the stands?" The name of the green-haired male caught Bakugo's attention, causing him to look up to the stands that Kirishima was referring to, there seeing Midoriya and his other classmates.
Bakugo blasted his way towards the freckled boy all so suddenly, causing Midoriya to fall to the ground, "DAMNIT!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE, DEKU?!!" He questioned, yelling right at his face.
