"IT'S NO GOOD. NEITHER OF THEM IS PICKING UP THEIR PHONES. KNOWING THOSE TWO, THEY'RE JUST BLOWING OFF THE PARTY." Iida informed the rest of his classmates as his call on Kirishima's phone had immediately gone to voicemail.
"Hmm..." Leilani opened her palm, seeming to be summoning a particular device in her hand. Out of curiousness, Melissa, Midoriya, Ochaco, and Todoroki peeked over the female's shoulder, watching what she was doing. She took out her phone from her pocket and searched for Kirishima's contact. Once she spotted it, she typed in the number on the device in her hand.
Immediately after a 'searching' screen, a holographic map suddenly appeared out of thin air with a pinpoint of the location of a hotel. "It says here that they're still at a hotel." She pointed out. Iida irked, "Do they seriously have no sense of time?" He gritted his teeth, causing the rest to sweatdrop at him.
"Your technologies are even more advanced..." Melissa mumbled in awe.
Suddenly, the alarms of the tower started blaring throughout the entire lobby, grasping everyone else's attention. The television that hung from the wall showed a large red emergency alert on the screen. "This is an announcement by the I-island Security System. We have received a report from the security system that an explosive device was placed in the I-Expo area. I-island will now be in high alert mode. Residents and tourists should return to their homes or lodgings. Those that have come a long way should go and wait at the nearest evacuation center. Anyone still outside ten minutes from now may be arrested without warning. Please refrain from going outdoors."
"In addition, most of the main buildings will be sealed off by the security system. I repeat-..." The windows and doors had then started to close everywhere, preventing anything or anyone from going in or out. The hologram that was being broadcasted from Leilani's device had started glitching, having the hologram retreat to its screen. "My bars are decreasing... I'm not getting any signal." She informed, tapping her screen repeatedly.
"Looks like our services are completely blocked." Todoroki added as he checked his phone.
