Seriously though, don't be that person, it's not that great anyway but it's my idea, my book. Peace and out.

The eerie silence in the cafe I worked was uncommon, and it was getting late but people would still be heard chatting. I frowned as to why the sounds decreased when I untied my apron. My shift was over, meaning there was nothing else for me to do than go home after the busy day, I also eagerly wanted to leave. I had to talk with my boss' son before I left though.

Sighing and running a hand through my unruly brown curly long hair, I made my way downstairs, the employers dress room was upstairs as well as my boss' office. Continuing my way downstairs and soothing my blue baby doll dress, which went mid thigh, it still was very quiet, now only Nathan's voice was heard.

When I arrived downstairs, I quickly made my way through the spacious kitchen, opening the door that led to the counter where Nathan would be when someone had to sign their shift off.

"Nathan, I know I'm behind." I start quietly because he for some reason didn't like me. "But if you can hand me the notebook, I'll be gone." Somehow my dress caught itself on the door and I groaned annoyed, after a few seconds of fumbling with the door, finally I managed to get the string away from it.

"I thought we told you to-" a deep voice said to Nathan I think but was cut off by someone else whispering to them.

Snapping my head up, I saw three men that I didn't know near the counter. All eyes were on me, sizing me up and I blushed.

The one who just spoke had curly brown hair and deep forest green eyes, very tall and was scowling at me.

One of them had black thick hair, tan skin, tall as well, almond eyes, now tapping on his phone. Next to him was a muscular guy that had short brown hair, deep brown eyes, looking indifferent.

I was new here and therefore I didn't know all the costumers but my boss told me to be nice because that usually does the trick.

"Good evening." I say shyly and smiled. The curly haired one snarled at me, they looked intimidating and had this dangerous and mysterious aura around them. That made me frown as I looked at Nathan. He shrugged, very undisturbed as ever. Well thank you for nothing.

Pursing my lips, I try not snap.

"It's okay, I can attend them." he said offering me help for the first time. He didn't like it when employers were lazy.

"No I can as I'm still here." I say going behind the counter. "What do you want?" I ask softly and my eyes went to the black haired man. I didn't know why I looked at him but when I did I was surprised to notice how handsome he was.
