Chapter 13: My Day

Couple days later...

I felt someone rub my back. I opened my eyes to see Tezuka in his pajamas. He looked like he had already washed up. "Go wash up," he whispered. I nodded my head and went to the bathroom. After we ate breakfast, we walked to school together. This was a normal routine for us.

My first class was english. English was easy to me because I was fluent in english. Living in America helped me learn how to speak and write english. Math III was my next class. It wasn't too bad. I usually try to find patterns to get to the answer. Third period was Art. Art was very therapeutic to me. Some of my arts were mountains that I decorated our room. I knew how much Tezuka like hiking and the mountains.

Fourth period was Science. It was physics. I usually had to get Tezuka's help on when I got home sometimes. Lunch Break was next. I usually eat with Oishi. He kept me company. On rare occasions, I would go find Tezuka and we would eat our lunch together in private. After lunch was History. I loved history. Last period was independent study. I usually go to the library and do my homework.

There was student council meeting after the classes were over. I would usually help out in the library. After helping the library, I had club activities. I changed into my jersey and went to the club house to check the inventory. After checking the inventory, I walked onto the court and stood next to Tezuka. He was speaking with Oishi and Ryuzaki-sensei.

I looked around to find that Echizen wasn't at practice. Momoshiro came onto the court towards us. "Where is Echizen? I asked him. "Echizen said he had to do something," Momoshiro said. "Echizen?" Tezuka said. "Yeah, something about a celebration for his relatives. He had to go home for a while. He said he would come back soon," Momoshiro said. {Something about his behavior didn't stack up.}

"He could've told us, We're going to finish early today," Ryuzaki-sensei said. We had the prefectural tournament tomorrow. The regulars needed to rest.

After practice, I changed into my uniform and walked home with the regulars. I saw that Momoshiro had a cat in his jacket. It was Echizen's cat. One by one, they left the group. We were all heading to Echizen's house to give a note from Ryuzaki-sensei and his cat. After giving the note, Tezuka and I went home. We had dinner, helped each other with homework, and got ready for bed.

I saw that Tezuka folded his uniform on his drawer as usual. We went to bed and had a sweet dream.
