eighteen ➳ bellamy?

The next day, I was with Raven in her workroom, when I heard commotion outside.

"Let's go check what that is." Raven says, looking at me.

"I'll take over." Octavia says, coming in looking at me and Raven. Raven comes over to help me up.

"Raven. I'm pregnant. Not crippled." I joked. She rolls her eyes at me, but linked our arms, nonetheless. We walked outside to Clarke talking.

"There was a tear in his suit, but we fixed it in the field." She says, " anything from Bellamy?" She turns to Raven and I.

"No." I replied.

"Then why aren't you at the radio?" Clarke asks, with attitude.

"Octavia just took our place. How about you back off." Raven retorts with just as much attitude. Someone moves to take off the mask off of the mountain men, but Clarke stops him.

"No. Leave it on. It's the only thing keeping him alive." She informs him.

"Well, how can we treat a guy, if we can't touch him?" The man retorts.

"I can rig up some scrubbers in the airlock. Give me 20 minutes." Raven says, then rushes off, with me in tow. She rushes to get the airlock together for the mountain man, as I sat in the corner watching as she did it quickly. As promised, within 20 minutes, the airlock was finished, and the mountain man was placed inside. Raven and I went back into her workplace, to wait on Bellamy giving us a signal.

Clarke came in half an hour later with a stick. She turns it on, and a high pitch sounds from it.

"Can you replicate the frequency?" She asks.

"Yeah, I can totally replicate the frequency." Raven replies.

"Good. If we can neutralize the Reapers, the tunnels are an option." She tells us. "Get on it."

"You don't need to give me orders, Clarke. I got this." Raven tells her. Octavia then walks into the room.

"Any word from Bellamy?" she asks us.

"Nothing yet." I replied, and gave her a smile.

"Lincoln is still missing too. They should be back by now." She says, to me.

"They'll be okay." Clarke reassures her.

"They better be. Your whole plan rests on Bellamy getting in. " Octavia retorts.

"He will." Clarke determines.

Counselor Kane and Clarke Griffin, please report to the south airlock immediately.

The P.A. System sounded. Clarke turned to look at us.

"We'll finish this later." She says, then rushed out.

"Of course." I mumbled, and sat down on a chair and began to wait for something to happen. About half an hour later, Clarke storms into the room.

"We're too late. They're already bleeding them." Clarke says to us, "It's over."

"No." Raven says to her, "You don't get to give up, Clarke. You killed Finn, and I didn't give up. I'm building a damn tone generator. You do your job." Raven shouts at her. I turned away from the two, not wanting to get stuck in the middle of it. I picked up the radio microphone and began to play around with it.

"What is my job?" Clarke asks her.

"I don't know, to come up with something." Raven yells.

"I have tried." She mutters.

Camp Jaha, this is Mount Weather. Can anyone read me? Bellamy's voice sounded from the radio, making me jump out of my seat, almost dropping the radio in the process.

"Holy crap." My eyes widened as I looked at Clarke.

Camp Jaha, this is Mount Weather. Can anyone read me? Bellamy's voice sounded again. Clarke quickly took the microphone out of my hands.

"Bellamy?" She says into the microphone.

"Clarke?" He asks.

"Are you alright?" I ask him, worriedly.

"I'm fine, sweetheart. That's it for the good news." My heart fluttered as I heard his nickname for me, "We have to talk fast. Something has changed. Jasper, Monty, everyone else, they just locked them in the dorm."

"But they're alive? All of them?" Clarke asks him.

"I think so, for now. Maya says that they're already using their blood, and things are gonna get ugly in here real fast."

"Maya's with you?"

"She helped me escape. If not for her, I'd be dead." I silently thanked this Maya for helping Bellamy. "And Clarke, there are kids in here. We need a plan that doesn't kill everyone. Please tell me we have one." He informs us.

"I hear you, but we can't do anything until you disable the acid fog. Raven's gonna help you."

"Got it. What else?"

"You have to find a way to free the grounder prisoners. There's a whole army inside the mountain, and they don't even realize it."

"Trojan horse. Good plan."

"What does Maya think? Is it doable?"

"She says it's not a problem. Look. if I'm gonna pull this off, I need you to buy me some more time. It won't be long until they realize I don't belong here, and if that happens... "

"That can't happen. I'll come up with something."

"Come up with it quick."

"Copy that. And Bellamy?"

"Yeah?"

"You came through."

"All I've done so far is not get killed."

"Keep doing that. You're up." Clarke gestured to Raven.

"What are you gonna do?" I ask her, as she turned to leave.

"Gonna keep them looking outside instead of in." She says, then leaves.

"Talk to him." Raven smiles at me and gestures to the radio. I smile widely and took the radio in my hands. "I'll be outside. Call me in when you're done." She says then leaves.

"Bell?" I ask into the microphone.

"Sweetheart." He replies. My smile widens even more.

"You're alive."

"I told you I'd stay alive for you." He tells me, "How're you and munchkin?"

"We're fine. We miss you a whole lot though." I replied.

"I miss you guys too. I'll be back soon. Just wait on me." He says.

"Counting on that, Bell." We spent the next 10 minutes talking about what happened the past couple days, he tells me about the run in with the mountain men who went in to dispose of his 'dead body' and I told him about Octavia's stupidity and the time I showed up the guardsmen and Kane with the gun.

"I should go now. Save our friends." He tells me the dreaded words.

"I love you, Bellamy Blake." I whispered.

"I love you too, Reina Scarlett." He whispers back. Then the line went silent, and I knew he had just left.
