twenty five ➳ don't want to smush Munchkin

Clarke and I ran down the tunnels, towards the doors that would lead into the mountain. I ran ahead and saw Octavia looking at something in a large box. She turned, raising her sword when she saw us coming.

"Octavia, You stayed." Clarke gasped.

"Screw you. Of course I stayed. I know where my loyalties lie." Octavia spat out. "Reina." She let out a breath of relief as she sees me, and pulls me into a hug. i hug back just as tightly.

"We have to get in there." Clarke says looking at the door of which was still closed.

"If that was possible, do you think I'd still be out here? Why did Lexa sound the retreat?" She asks.

"She made a deal with Mount Weather, freed the Grounders, and now we're on our own." Clarke replies, and begins to pound on the metal doors. Octavia and I rush over to her, and keep her from pounding more.

"Clarke, stop. They'll know we're here." I say.

"What about Lincoln? There's no way he would have gone along with a plan like this."Octavia asks.

"He didn't. They took him." I replied to her. Clarke raises her gun, aiming at the key pad to the door.

"What's wrong with you?" Octavia asks, angrily, pulling Clarke's gun down.

"I'm getting through that door." Clarke says.

"And that's your plan? Bellamy's counting on you. Everyone's always counting on you." Octavia spat angrily.

"Well what do you want from me?" Clarke yells at Octavia.

"You trusted Lexa. You let a bomb drop on Tondc. You let all those people-" Octavia began.

"I am doing the best I can!" Clarke shouts, inturrupting Octavia.

"Yeah? Well it's not good enough." Octavia says. The keypad beeps and the doors open. I raise my gun, ready to shoot if it were the mountain men, I mean I wouldn't be surpised if it was, Clarke and Octavia were being extremly loud.

"Oh Bellamy." Octavia gasps as Bellamy emerges. I gasped, and slowly began to back up a little. Bellamy didn't know what happened back at Tondc, and I have no idea how to tell him. The thought never occured with the war and all.

"I knew it. You two are too scrawny to drill." Octavia says as she hugs Jasper and Monty. I slowly look over to Bellamy to see that he was also looking at me. I gave him a small smile as his face broke into the largest smile it can muster. He made his way over to me and pulled me into a hug. He squeezed me tightly and suddenly backed up a little.

"Don't want to smush Munchkin." He smiled, placing a hand on where my bump use to be. My smile dropped as soon as he said that. His gaze dropped as he noticed my mood change. "What's wrong?" He asks. I opened my mouth to reply to him but someone appears in a hazmat suit. Octavia immediately raises her sword up.

"I'll tell you when all of this is over." I tell him. He opens his mouth to protest but nodded, nonetheless.

"It's alright. She's with us." Jasper reassures her.

"Where's your army?" Bellamy asks Clarke, turning to her.

"Gone just like yours. Say you have a plan." She replies.

"Not really. We need to talk to Dante. Maya says he's in quarantine." Bellamy says, turning back and forth from me and her.

"Clarke!"Jasper shouts, rushing up to her, Monty following behind. They throw their arms around her, squeezing her in a big hug.

"Gee. Thanks guys. I feel so loved." I say to them, sarcastically.

"I love you." Bellamy states, pulling me into a quick kiss.

"I love you too." I mutter, smiling.

"Reina!" They scream, tackling me into a hug. I squeeze back, missing their hugs. Beeping noises makes them turn their attention to Maya.

"Thirty minutes. And we just changed it. That can't be right. Uh. It's her last tank." Jasper says, as soon as he checks the meter.

"Hey, We'll find you another one." Clarke reassures her.

"All the supplemental oxygen is on level five." Maya tells them

"Then we have to get you to level five." Jasper tells her, looking at her with a look of love and concern.

"Five isn't safe for any of us." She says.

"We'll take the trash chute again. It will work." He reassures her.

"To get in, maybe. Maya's right. Every soldier in this mountain is there. We'll never make it out." Bellamy says.

"We can do this. We'll split up." Jasper says.

"Okay, You guys go for Dante. We'll help Maya." Octavia says.

"You're going with me." Bellamy tells me.

"Bellamy, no. I'll go help Maya." I say, not wanting to be with him right now. "I'll meet up with you later." He looks a little hurt, but nodded. I pulled him down for a kiss. "I love you." I whisper, and turned to go with a waiting Octavia.

"You haven't told him yet." She states. I shake my head.

"We need to save our friends first." I tell her. She nods. Octavia and I quickly run after Jasper and Maya who were just beginning to get into the trash chute. We all quickly hop into it and slid to Level 5.

"Come on. We have to hurry. She's out of air." Jasper tells us.

"First, you need to close the door." Maya gasps in her hazmat suit. Octavia quickly closes the door and Jasper and Maya scramble to get her suit off. When it was off, she gasps for air. "Time to spare." She gasps.

"She's safe. Could we go now?" Octavia asks. Jasper looks to Maya hesitantly.

"I'll be okay." Maya assures Jasper.

"Look, I'm not leaving you." He tells her.

"Jasper." I trail off. He looks at Octavia and I.

"She's alive, but she's not safe." Jasper says.

"Cage knows I helped you guys. He's on level 5." Maya informs us.

"So what do we do?" Octavia asks.

"We kill Cage." Jasper states.

"I'm in." Octavia says.

"Cage was the one who ordered the missiles to Tondc?" I ask. Maya looks at me and nods.

"I'm in." I say, looking for revenge on the person that took the little life away from me.
