My mind who were earlier filled with apathy snapped when I heard my phone rang.
I were filled with excitement and enthusiasm that finally, after like the years which the Spaniards had colonized in the Philippines, one person has finally remembered my existence and dared to check me out.
Dear Ms. Sims, I just wanted to inform you that I am recently at the Cancer Group, none of the kids have any idea that I am there yet, want to surprise and friendly bust the crap out of them because they do have cancer, like, together? :)
Garren texted.
I smiled and silently giggled.
Sure, Mr. Greyman, I'll be there like, 20 minutes? can you handle it?
I replied.
There's nothing I can't handle, Ms. Sims, and since I had been informed by the good gracious Internet that when girls says '20 minutes' the actual translation of it is x5 of the given time. So yeah, I can wait one hour and forty minutes for you, Ray. :)
He replied.
I giggled softly, I guess I have to prove the good gracious internet wrong, unfortunately just for me. Girls do have massive time problem.
I'll be there earlier than the actual translation of my given time, Mr. Greyman. Don't worry, I'll be quick! :)
I texted.
Alright. I'm counting on you, Ms. Sims. See you soon! :)

I rushed my way towards our meeting place, I had almost tripped because of the wrong choice of shoe wear.
I was able to take a glance at my wrist clock, and it seems like Garren has been waiting for me for 25 minutes.
As I continued to walk by the last long wall by the entrance of the building, I saw a nice quiff dark hair that peeked from behind the other side of the wall.
I could tell that by his posture and the way he clothes, it is him.
"Garren!" I called, as I were near enough to see his face as he turned around, I realized I was calling the wrong man. "Vars?"
"Oh, Rachael." He smiled in a surprised way. "You're pretty late."
"Yeah, uh.... where's... where's Garren?" My eyes scanned for Garren, I can't comprehend things that I had heard earlier because I was too busy looking for him.
"Uh... Garren's taking a wee-"
"You're late." A voice interupted us from behind.
I turned around, as if I was caught doing something wrong. Garren zipped his zipper confidently as I shrugged at him, as if it doesn't matter. "Pretty much, yeah."
"It was hard trying to stay out of the children's sight for 25 minutes, you know?" He half smiled. "I guess the good gracious internet had a good point."
"I didn't make you wait for one hour and forty minutes, at least."
"Yeah," He paused, I could read it in his face that he tried to think of other reasons but he just shrugged and nodded. "You look good, by the way." He stated as he walked towards the entrance.
I followed him and smiled as I felt the warm rush in my cheeks. I was blushing.
As we walked towards the certain room, I looked at my clothes and tried to find out the reason why he said such thing.
