Ezreal decided to call Vars - yet again because of my stupidity.

"Well, one thing's for sure this girl is wild," Vars whispered loud enough that I could hear. I closed my eyes tightly and stiffed myself, pretending to be asleep.

"She's hurt, Vars, you really can't blame her for her actions." Ezreal answered.

"Then she needs to stop, before everything gets worse," he sighed deeply, "I don't know why Nicole has given up on her, she hasn't been talking to her for days! Now that she needs her support, such a friend." He groaned.

"That's why you should be more understanding, she could get worse, even hurt herself, I'm afraid, but it's your - no, it's our job to make sure she'll be safe and be better." Ezreal stated, his voice very low.

"We spoke to her parents," Vars whispered, trying to keep his voice so low but I still could hear him.

I almost opened my eyes in shock, but I controlled myself, "Why?" Ezreal asked, concerned even.

"It's okay, all's well, we even made things better."

"How?" Ezreal raised his voice, "Did you send her father to jail?!"

"No! Jerk, we're not that low, we spoke to him, a man conversation, I mean, no we didn't speak to him, Garren's grandfather did." Vars answered.

Garren's grandpa? Grandpa Ben spoke to my father? That's a good decision, but did it work out?

"His grandpa is a cool lad, he was a good listener, that's why things went smooth, they even spoke while getting themselves drunk. And everything went exactly what we wanted."

I tried to keep my tears from falling, I just can't thank him enough, both of them, and especially Garren, maybe it was part of his thank you for finally - well, partially, I still find it hard to completely forgive him, but hey it's a process - forgiving him, but he shouldn't have done that, it's just too much, he has no idea how much he has helped me.

I stopped the acting crap, I immediately got up and both of the lads froze, terror and surprise in their eyes. "I'm all better now, can I go -"

"Whoa, girl, you shouldn't... wait... were you awake the whole time?" Vars asked, breathing heavily. I nodded. "Crap."

"Well keeping secrets from me had caused so much trouble already in my life, yes? And I have the right to know," I said, crossing my arms.

They both looked at each other, guilt in their eyes, "Garren strictly forbid-"

"To tell me about how he fixed this entire problem with a single snap? Jeez, Vars, I thought you were better than this, this is my family!"

"But-"

"Vars," Ezreal finally stepped in, "She would know otherwise, you know her."

"Right, I'm a freaking hard headed girl who insists of knowing about the things I'm curious about and I don't give a single damn even if it's a forbidden thought to share."

"I didn't mean that-"

"Yeah, you don't," I sighed. I really hate it when someone keeps something from me, like, whoever you are, even if you're my bestfriend, if you're hiding something from me, I'll seriously be mad at you. "Now are you going to drive me to his house or what?"

"We can't-"

"What?" I interrupted them again, "Why not?"

"Because..." Vars paused, waited for me to interrupt but I didn't. "He's off to somewhere this afternoon, he'll be back at night."
