"O-Omi! Come quick!" Atsumu yelled, tears streaming out of his eyes. Sakusa hurriedly came, worried about his beloved. "Atsu, what's wrong?" Sakusa rushes to his husband, hugging and patting his back before his eyes caught a certain stick on the palm of his boyfriend's.
Atsumu turned around, tears streaming on both of their eyes as Sakusa broke into a wide grin, hugging his husband as he lifted him up on the air, the blonde broke into fit cries of happiness. "I'M GOING TO BE A DAD!"

"Congratulations Mr. Miya! It's a girl!" The doctor announce, happiness lacing on her voice. Sakusa stared at the monitor, seeing his daughter on his beloved's stomach. Caressing his blonde husband's knuckles, crying silently as Atsumu cried with joy. "O-Omi, I-I'm so happy" Sakusa chuckled at his lover's state as he leaned in and kissed his forehead. Leaning on his forehead as he sighed contently "Me too Atsu, me too"

"Omi! Let's buy this!" Lifting up a pastel pink baby clothes, and a pair of pastel pink little shoes for their baby. Sakusa chuckled as he watched Atsumu skipping so happily, on his way on the cashier to pay their things. It consists mostly baby things-- actually all baby things.
From clothes to shoes, milk bottles and small blankets, wipes to diapers, baby toys to accessories. They bought a lot, wanting to spoil and protec their baby, excited and happy.

"Hi baby" sakusa kissed his lover's forehead as he just got home from work. Atsumu hums, a smile on his face and his hands on his baby bump. He was almost 5 months and his baby bump is showing up. Sakusa kneeled in front of his husband, lifting up his shirt, showing his growing tummy. He smiled at it, kissing his tummy, atsumu giggling. "Hey baby, daddy is here" he said softly. Atsumu just only let a small laugh because of his husband's stupidity. "Don't make mommy have a hard time, okay?" He lectured and Atsumi birsted laughing. Sakus only smiled at his husband's laughter. "I love you, Atsu" that made Atsumu shut up, his face all over red. "I love you too, Omi" he smiled. "You too baby, Daddy and mommy loves you" sakusa whispered as he caressed atsumu's tummy.

"You're fired!" The CEO of the company that Sakusa is working at said, not glancing at the male in front of him, begging to not fire him from his only job. "Boss please, I need this job. This is the only job that I have to support my family! Please!" Despite the germs on the ground, he couldn't careless as he kneeled down, taking away his pride and ego, as he begged.
"I'm sorry Mr. Sakusa but this is for the best"

"Omi, please stop drinking" the blonde said as he sighed, seeing his husband drinking on their kitchen, a glass on his hand. "Go away, miya" wincing at his husband's tone, letting out his previous surname. He teared up at his lover's state. "Come on omi, let's sleep yeah? And then I'll help you to find a job--" "I SAID GO AWAY!" Sakusa isn't in his right state of mind as he threw the glass that he was holding besides atsumu. He cried in fear, traumatized.

"How did it all go like this, komori?" He asked his cousin, drinking his heart away on some random bar. The brunette just sighed, rubbing his temples. "Kiyo, you need to go back to Atsumu. Remember, he's pregnant"
"So what? He can stay home for long as he can"

"Welcome home omi" sakusa shrugged, not minding his husband on the couch, sitting. Atsumu sighed before he approached the male "You reek of alcohol, kiyoomi" he said, smelling his clothes. "Why do you care?" And there Atsumu lost it "Why do I care? For fucks sake kiyoomi! You're not a freaking teenager anymore!" He said as he glared at the man. Sakusa glared at his pregnant husband, as he pushed Atsumu, harshly. The blonde lose his balance, stumbling as he fell. His vision dizzy as on instinct, he hugged his tummy.
His mind hazy not until his vision went black and the only thing he can hear his Sakusa's scream.

"ATSUMU!" Sakusa screamed as he watched in horror, seeing his lover on the ground, unconcious. Not until he could see red substance on his husband's lower part and that's when he knew, he really fucked up.
"HELP ME!"

Sirens can be heard as it rushed hurriedly towards a certain building, staffs on the vehicle along with the unconcious male and the crying husband beaide him, chanting sorrys and iloveyous.
"A-Atsu, please be strong for me please. For me, for the baby, please don't give u-up. I-I love you, I'm sorry" he cried as he was taken away from the vehicle, rushing him towards the hospital.

"Make way!" The doctor shouted, rushing the male on the emergebcy room, with the curly haired man behind him. He cried as he watched his husband taking him away. He broke down, kneeling on tbe ground and hands on his face, preventing from the sobs and tears coming out but he couldn't. He couldn't and wouldn't forgive himself if something would've happen to his husband and their baby.

"YOU MOTHERFUCKER!" A punch was thrown on Sakusa's jaw, as well as a kick on the stomach. His husband's twin came to the hospital as soon as he heard it from one of the staffs on the hospital. He shakily cried, not wanting to lose his brother and neither do his niece. "I trusted you with my brother, I truted you because I thought you will be responsible, I thought you really where!" He accused as he cried and so does the germaphobe on the floor. They cried and people looked at them in pity, hearing everything that Osamu said.
"I-I'm sorry. I know this wouldn't make it up but I-I really am! I didn't mean to hurt him! I swear!" Sakusa rumbled as he accused himself. "I'm sorry! This is all my fault...I'm sorry" he chanted as his breathing was unstable. "Fuck" osamu stated, sitting down, away from the man he so called a responsible husband.
Until Sakusa could feel something on his stomach, something hurt, much more painful than thr kick he just received. Tears where flowing out of their eyes and not until the doctor from earlier came out. They hurriedly rushed towards the doctor. The doctor gave them a gentle smile, seeing the both men's state. "Atsumu Sakusa's husband and brother?" He asked, making sure. "Y-Yes, how was tsumu?" Osamu asked, not prepared for the up coming result, neither does the man beside him.
"Good news, Mr. Atsumu is okay, he's stable and he's just resting. We mived him on the other room just now" he announced. Osamu let out a breathe that he didn't knew he was holding but then Sakusa on the other hand is unsure and uneasy.
"But..."
They widen tebir eyes as they heard the next statement that could make Sakusa scream in pain, in agony.
The doctor excused himself, leaving the dazed twin and the crying father on the ground.
"I-I killed our baby"
