'oh my god' I gasped as I ran along the road. I did it pretty well considering the shoes I was wearing. The clicking of the shoes echoed in the otherwise empty road.
'Justin! Justin!' I screamed as I got closer to him. To my surprise he turned over so he wasn't facing me. That stopped me in my tracks. 'you're alive?!'
'and kicking' he said sarcastically as he sat up, still facing away at me.
'what the fuck are you playing at Bieber!'
'what do you mean?'
'oh I don't know, running out of the house, not telling me where you were going, then lying in the middle of a road wearing all black?!' I shouted as I walked slowly towards him. 'you scared the shit out of me!' I kicked his back gently with the tip of my shoe. He Didn't turn around or say anything.
'you didn't even pick up my call'
'I put my phone off, I had a funny feeling you'd call'
'turn it on'
'why?'
'would you just do it?'
He sighed and took his phone out of his pocket. I sat down behind him and peered over his shoulder, 42 new messages.
'did you text me 42 times?' I heard his voice soften, it wasn't so sinister, it didn't sting so much when he talked.
'oh yeah, I was that worried, no! I took it a step further and I've been walking for the past hour and a half looking for you!' I laughed. 'check your texts'
I lay down on the cold ground and looked up at the stars as I heard his finger click against his phone. I assumed he was flicking through the texts. I suddenly heard the video of Demi and the gang come on. I smiled as I heard what they were saying.
'you started this?' he said quietly.
'uh huh'
'two weeks?' I heard him laugh a little.
'seriously, there cant be that much to plan' I scoffed. ' are you gonna stop literally giving the cold shoulder? Because I've got two of my own'
He turned round to face me, smiling. 'you didn't have to do that'
I sat up so I was sitting opposite him, looking straight into his eyes. 'I wanted to'
'two weeks is a very short time'
'excuse me for putting my fiancée's safety before the date of our wedding' I laughed.
'but you think we're too young'
'no I don't is us ... we're like 40 now' I laughed.
'you do, Molly you wouldn't have made such a scene if you didn't think something wasn't right ... what is it you can tell me' he smiled a little but had a look of sincerity in his eyes.
'nothing honestly ... I do want to marry you, of course I do ... I've just never liked the idea of marriage since my parents split up. I saw what happened to them and I don't want it to happen to us.' I looked down. He put his index finger under my chin and lifted my face so I was looking up at him.
'well .. Then ... we won't get married. I'm not going to force you' I smiled a little.
'you didn't let me finish, I then remembered that that was them and this is us. And you're right. We've been through a lot. So much more than most other 16 year olds. And it doesn't even matter what people think. You want to marry me. I want to marry you. And Demi is already on a flight up here, with every wedding magazine under the sun' we both laughed.
