A week later...
Theo minded her own business for days, walking around, doing minor jobs, trying to stay out of the way of others.
She played her part, day in and day out, waiting for the chance to take her shot.
She hadn't been feeling great for days, but she continued to mind her own business.
But one day something caught her by surprise.
As she walked around the corner to head back to her bedroom for a shower, she locked eyes with a man she never imagined.
"Eugene?" She looked at him, stuffing his face with pickles and walking around.
"What the hell?" She questioned, he looked guilty, like he had done something wrong.
"Theo, I see you have found our newest member" Negan placed his arm around her shoulder, she leaned in, as much as she hated it, it was more warmth.
She felt like shit, and she needed someone, anyone at this point to lean on, she was tired, in all honesty, something wasn't right.
"What is he doing here?" Theo wondered, this could ruin her plan.
"Your friend, Rosita" He put on a slight accent "Decided to shoot me yesterday, missing me and hitting Lucille, but, he made the bullet so we need what he can do" Negan explained
Theo laughed before looking at him.
"You made a bullet?" Theo walked towards him. "How?" Theo wondered
"No, don't talk" Negan pointing Lucille at him, scaring him away
"That doll, is none of your business" Negan smiled
Theo looked around.
"So you went to Alexandria again and didn't tell me?" Theo asked, hoping that it was just Eugene who was in trouble, not anyone else.
"Is that a problem?" Negan wondered, looking her up and down.
"No, was he there?" Theo carefully asked
"No, he was not" Simon answered for Negan. "Why? Does that disappoint you?" Simon walked closer to her.
"I just wondered," Theo gritted her teeth.
"You know where he is" Simon asked angrily
"You need a woman to do your job?" Theo asked back, taking an agressive step forwards
Negan smiled, stopping Theo from going further.
"Now, come on you two. They fight all the time" Negan looked at Eugene. "Come on babe, we have things to do" Negan walked her away and walked to their room.
"Can you stay here for a minute, I need to go and speak to Dwight?" Negan asked
Theo nodded
Negan slowly left, leaving her alone.
She laid back and let out a sigh before the door opened and slammed shut, making Theo shoot up in surprise.
"Simon what the hell do you want?" Theo asked standing up.
"You are hiding something, either you know where Daryl is or you don't, but you know how to find him" Simon yelled
"If I did, I would leave this place and go, don't you think?" Theo snapped
"You-" Simon began but the door was shut behind him
"Simon, what the hell are you doing in here?" Negan asked walking over to him, inches from his face.
"I'm sorry boss" Simon apologised.
"I don't think it is me who you should be apologising too" Negan looked at Theo
Simon angrily turned, before relaxing.
"I am sorry Theo, I shouldn't have taken a bad day out on you" Simon sarcastically smiled.
"Okay" Theo nodded before he left.
"Did he hurt you?" Negan asked Theo walking over to her
"No, no. Just made me jump when he came in" Theo nodded sitting back down on the bed
"Are you feeling okay?" Negan asked, lightly touching her head
"Yeah, just a headache i guess" Theo smiled, but she was hot to the touch, freezing underneath.
"Your burning up, you haven't been bitten have you?" Negan panicked, staying the calmest he could as he looked over his body.
"Does it look like i've left this place to get bit?" Theo laughed, coughing slightly on her words.
Negan smiled at her.
"Okay." He gave her a tight smile "Go lay down, get some rest" He told her.
"Okay..." She whispered
She crawled into bed, the bed she had been sleeping for days now. Next to him, next to Negan.
He walked over to her side and sat down.
"I'll wake you up in a couple hours, get doc to check on you" Negan smiled as she began closing her eyes. Falling into a deep sleep.
Theo's dream
"Do you think you can go and check on your brother for me?" Rick asked his daughter as he continued to gather up wood.
"You know things aren't great right now" Theo smiled sadly back at her father.
"Well if you don't, you wont get to talk to her again before she dies" He spoke clearly, continuing with his task
Theo stopped what she was doing looking up at her father confused.
She was about to speak when she realised where she was.
The Prison
"Dad?" Theo called out
"What?" He smiled
"Where is mum?" She panicked as she looked up and around the prison.
"She's dying" Rick told her in all seriousness.
"No!" Theo yelled before running up towards where everyone else was on that day.
"Where is she?" Theo called out, shaking Maggie furiously.
"Where is who?" Maggie asked, holding your shoulders to calm you, looking into your eyes.
"Lori, my mother" Theo cried looking around
"I'm here" Theos mother called out behind her.
Theo turned fast, meeting her mothers eyes with her own.
Lori smiled, holding her hands out for her to run to her.
Theo ran as fast as she could, but when she came into contact with her, what once stood her mother, a walker replaced her.
Theo backed up in fear, holding her head and braced for impact
