3. Dangerous Woman

The next morning everyone was up early to go over the plan a final time, they sat around listening to Rick. Theo sat quietly in the corner, in a world of her own.

"Theo?" Rick called out, making everyone turn to her, making her look around embarrassed 

Her eyes slowly moved to meet her father.

"You good?" He asked as she slowly nodded, standing up and walking besides him

Daryl and Glenn watching her closely as something was off about her, and there was something wrong.

"You and Maggie will watch the perimeter, i'll have you both up here" Rick pointed where she would be

"They shouldn't be alone, I'll go with them" Carol stood.

"No, we need more people on the inside" Rick denied

"They shouldn't be alone, i can protect them" Carol admitted

"We can protect ourselves" Theo snapped, making the room fall silent.

"No, that's fine, the three of you will be better than two" Rick ignored her daughter's remark and agreed with Carol.

"Really?" She shrugged her shoulders. 

"Do you have a problem Theodora?" Her father used her full name, something he only did when he was angry.

"Yeah. But it can wait" She sighed looking away from her father's annoyed looks.

After the meeting they all got in their vehicles. Heading out early as they had to go on a search to find a walker, good enough to look like Gregory as the Saviour were demanding Gregory's head or else they couldn't get their man back.

Theo drove one of the cars, Glenn in the passengers, Maggie and Daryl in the back.

"Wanna tell us what that was about back at home with Carol?" Maggie asked. They were all thinking it, but she was the only one that was going to say anything.

"No" Theo shut down sharply.

"Hey, you're in a car with the people that care about you a lot, maybe the most, so, anything on your mind, you talk to us right?" Maggie answered back.

Theo looked in the rearview mirror at Maggie, who was looking back at her with stern eyes.

"There is nothing to talk about" Theo snapped "So, drop it" Theo looked back at the road while the others looked between one another.

"Theo" Daryl began

"I said drop it" She snapped for the first time at Daryl, taking him back slightly, but not because it shocked him, but more because it was now clear to him something was on her mind.

They came to a halt, everyone leaving the car and Theo heading straight over to her father.

"You alright?" Rick asked, worried about her, she was clearly unhappy with something. 

"I'm staying with you, as long as you ask no questions" Theo quickly answered

"Alright" He tilted his head confused but agreed.

They headed their separate ways.

"You wanna tell me what's going on?" Rick asked his daughter

"I thought I said no questions?" Theo snapped looking around for walkers.

She swung her bat in her hand.

"You know, I heard some of your argument with Carol last night." Rick stopped as Theo turned around.
