3. Dangerous Woman

When Rick arrived at Hilltop he stopped as he saw Daryl.

He knew whatever was happening to his daughter wasn't good, and he needed to make sure she got to the doctor who needed a quiet and clear room

"Keep him away for as long as you can '' Rick told Michonne, she agreed as she ran out the car and asked him to follow her, but he refused and kept looking back to the car where he saw Rick waiting.

Jesus ran to the car, opening the door.

"Oh my god" Jesus looked at her shocked, immediately trying her pulse, it was shallow.

"Is he still looking?" Rick asked Jesus, he checked and saw Daryl looking away.

"No" Jesus nodded quickly.

"Go, quickly" Rick panicked as Jesus got Theo out of the car, carrying her and running inside of the aid room.

He laid her on the bed, Aaron running to her other side.

"What is happening?" Aaron asked, Jesus immediately getting supplies ready, hooking her up to an IV.

"I have no clue, Rick and Michonne have just turned up" Jesus explained.

"Look, she has blood on her leg, but it's dry" Aaron pointed out panicked, looking at Jesus who knew what that meant.

"Oh no" Jesus was beginning to figure out something that may have happened.

He ran to the draws on the side, grabbing the ultra sound and placing jelly onto her stomach and placing the ultrasound on her stomach, but as he suspected, nothing.

Jesus closed his eyes and let out a sad sigh, Aaron caught on and held his hand onto his head.

"Daryl wait!" Rick yelled from outside, the door smashing open caused the two men to jump as Daryl stopped in his tracks, looking at his wife.

He looked around the room, noticing the ultrasound as well as their sad faces.

He ran to Jesus before grabbing him by the shirt and shoving him against the wall.

Rick ran to stop him, but Jesus held his hand out, making sure they knew it was okay.

"Don't" Daryl's voice cracked. "Don't" He begged as he looked back to his wife, dropping Jesus where he stood.

Daryl slowly walked up to her side, smoothing her hair back and holding her hand as he cried into her, resting his head on top of hers.

"Daryl, she is really weak right now, and I need you to take a step backwards." Aaron warned as Maggie ran into the room with Siddiq behind her, he was a new face at Hilltop, a medical doctor thankfully. 

"Out the way, please" He begged looking at Daryl who nodded, biting his fist as he backed into Maggie's arms, holding onto him tightly. 

"Update me" Siddiq asked politely as he grabbed a small torch, looking into her pupils. 

"Last time we saw her she was pregnant, and this ultra sound isn't picking up any heart beats" Jesus sadly told Siddiq as Daryl cried. 

"Okay. I need to do some tests, has she woken up yet?" He asked looking at Aaron who shook his head. 

"Can you hook her up to that machine, that way I can listen to her heart beat" Siddiq polietly asked as Jesus handed him everything he needed.

Meanwhile, as Siddiq did his tests Rick walked outside, radioing over to Negan

"Negan" Rick angrily said down the walkie

"Ricky boy!" His smirk was practically visible over the other side. 

"Explanation, now" Rick angrily asked as he looked over to the hut where Michonne had joined him. 

"She has had a miscarriage, I know. But I let her come because she deserves to be with her family right now" Negan told Rick, and if it wasn't for everything going on, Rick might have actually thought he sound sympathetic. 

Rick was about to say something else when he was cut off by yelling, Daryl practically being tackled out of the room by Aaron.

"If she dies, Negan. That's on you" Rick quickly stated before running back to the hut where he witnessed Siddiq performing CPR and mouth to mouth. 

"What happened?!" Rick yelled at Maggie as she injected her with morphine. 

"She woke up, and everything was okay. She explained that she had lost the baby and then she passed out, before we knew it her heart stopped" Maggie cried as she looked back at her best friend. 

"Siddiq?" Rick called out to him, but Siddiq kept going with his chest compressions, sweating at this point. 

"Please" Rick begged as Daryl cried from outside. 

"Please" Daryl cried into Aaron as it was taking to long. 

Rick left the hut with tears in his eyes. 

Daryl ran to him staring at him with a worried expression. 

"Negan" He pulled out the walkie one more time. "Theo is dead." He announced as Daryl fell to his knees, sobbing into the floor. 

"She is dead, because she was so badly beaten she was internally damaged, and because of you, my daughter and my grandchild is dead" Rick yelled down the walkie.

"Rick..." Negan had no idea what to say, his heart broke himself. 

"You killed her, and now, I'm coming to kill you"
