SENSITIVE SUBJECTS AHEAD

Soon a week had passed, the walls were backup and things were beginning to feel a little more like normal. However, they were running low on food, crops were not yet growing, and supply runs were not as successful.

That morning Theo woke up, the bed still full with both her and Daryl's bodies before he had to leave for a supply run.

She stretched causing Daryl to wake.

"Morning" He hummed as he rolled over to bring her closer into his arms.

"Morning" She smiled back, taking his warmth, being in bed was officially her favourite place.

The feeling of warmth and security, being in bed with Daryl.

"What time do you leave?" Theo asked as she began to come around from her sleep.

"In about an hour" Daryl told her as he looked up at him.

"Can you do me a favour?" Theo asked, rolling over so she was now hovering above him.

He looked up at her, telling her to continue.

"You manage to find any lemonade, will you bring it back?" She asked as she hugged Daryl's body, enjoying the warmth he let off.

"Yeah, if I see it," He agreed, knowing he would do anything to make her happy.

"Can't believe we have been together for so long" Theo let out a breathy laugh

"What do you mean?" Daryl smiled down to her, even though he couldn't see her.

"Like we have been together since the prison officially, but it all started at the farm really, didn't it?" Theo asked, thinking back to the world, was back then a simpler time?

"Yeah, I mean we were close friends before that right?" Daryl asked, kissing her nose.

"Yeah, just took us a while to admit feelings" Theo laughed, running her fingers over the stubble Daryl had growing in.

"Hershel's Farm feels like so long ago" Daryl admitted, "So long ago"

"I know, can you believe that was before Judith was born, i feel like she is older than she is" Theo got off of Daryl and laid on her back

"Your mum too" Daryl hesitantly reminded Theo.

Theo looked at her rings, the only thing she had to have close by to be reminded of her mother.

"It's weird" She admitted "I know my mother and i were never that close, but it's weird, even not hearing her tell me off, or give a me a sarcastic comment" Theo smiled, she missed her more than she thought she would ever.

"Merle was the same" Daryl laid on his back also.

"We have lost so many people" Theo thought back at it. "I don't think i can lose anyone else" Theo sat up.

Daryl followed her actions.

"Hopefully you won't have to" Daryl lightly kissed her head before having to get up.

"Be safe today" Theo called out to Daryl who was now in the bathroom.

"I always am, got someone to get back to every time" Daryl smiled to himself, Theo doing the same even though they couldn't see one and other.

Daryl walked out ready for the day while Theo was just getting out of bed, even though she really didn't want to.

"I'm heading out" Daryl walked over to her.
