The day finally came around. Theo was marrying Daryl, and they were doing it as if the world never ended.
Daryl finished getting ready, he looked in the mirror before turning and sighing at Glenn and Rick.
"I look ridiculous" Daryl told them both, undoing his top button where the tie he brought should sit, but he decided he was no longer wearing a tie.
"No, you don't," Rick reassured him, patting his shoulder.
"Have you ever worn a suit before?" Glenn asked, surprise at how well Daryl could clean up
"Not since I was a boy" Daryl turned back to look in the mirror, faffing with his shirt.
"Well, you have no choice" Rick smiled, looking at him sympathetically.
"I know, I'm only wearing this ridiculous outfit for Theo" Daryl sat on the edge of Glenn's bed.
"How are you feeling?" Glenn asked, looking at him as he finished tying his shoes.
"Fucking nervous man" He began to feel the pressure of what was about to happen, he rested his elbows on his knees, looking up at his best friends.
"Well, if it makes you feel better, let's get this thing started shall we?" Rick rubbed his hands together.
Daryl watched Rick leave, he was nervous.
Rick began walking down the stairs the other two following.
"We'll see you there" Glenn nodded towards Rick who returned one as he went to get his daughter.
"You ready man?" Glenn smiled
"I'm ready" Daryl breathed out...
She sat in her front room with Maggie, panicking.
"What am I doing?" She asked standing up.
"Theo..." Maggie tried to calm her.
"I'm going to pass out" She shook her hands, flicking them as if there was water on them, trying to calm herself
"No you aren't, sit and breathe" Maggie ordered.
Theo took some deep breaths.
"Hello?" Carol spoke from the door.
"Hi" Theo breathed out.
"They are almost ready, can I send your father in yet?" Carol smiled sweetly.
"Yeah, yeah" Theo walked in a circle before facing the door where her father stood in awe.
"Oh my- Theo" Rick began to tear up.
