SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS. Her stomach fluttered at his words, a warmth spreading through her body when his eyes gazed across her face. Green met gold, the heavy gaze between them sending shivers down her spine. His eyes were slightly dark, yet still, the golden hue that had lit them earlier glowed throughout his orbs. A fog was settled in them, his face hard as if a storm was brewing inside his head.
She didn't know what it was, but something sent her in a frenzy — and much to her shock, she threw herself at him, her fingers threading themselves into his hair as she straddled him. He was caught off guard, yet his hands instinctively rested on her waist to keep her from falling over. And in an instant, her lips were pressed against his, her hands roughly pulling on his locks as she kissed him.
Jasper's hands tightened, his grip on her hips hard as he pushed himself against her, not being able to stop himself from kissing the girl back with just as much burning passion as she gave.
He wanted her, his entire body burning with an unfamiliar sensation he had never felt before. He had never felt this much need for anything — not even feeding. As his throat burned from thirst, he pushed the pain back down, the heavy feeling of want masking the painful fire.
She pushed him down, her body falling atop his with a quick grunt against his lips. She couldn't get enough of him. His lips tasted sweet against hers like she was consuming straight sugar that would soon have her addicted. He had cold lips, yet that only seemed to add to the pleasure.
Yet all too soon, she was pushed up and off the boy, the sudden and quick movement surprisingly her as Jasper all but flew off the bed. His back hit her wall, the impact shaking her hanging picture frames.
Sara wiped her mouth, bringing her knees to her chest in embarrassment as Jasper clenched his jaw.
"I'm sorry," she quickly blurted out, her cheeks glowing a light pink. Deep down, however, she wasn't sorry — the feelings that had ignited inside her when they kissed were a drug, and she knew she was addicted.
He breathed out heavily, shaking his head before straightening his posture. "No — I, just, need to leave." Sara watched as he quickly made his way out of her room, pulling her bedroom door open and rushing downstairs. She listened as her front door was yanked open and then slammed shut, the house filling with dull silence.
"Fuck," she muttered beneath her breath, running a hand through her newly-messy hair. Did she do something wrong? Holy fuck he was just so hot when he spoke, she couldn't stop herself. Possible ways of how she could have messed up filled her mind, her eyes widening in horror as she immediately regretted her actions.
Maybe he was gay — maybe he didn't like girls? No, but he and Alice dated, meaning he did like girls. Maybe it was her he didn't like.
"Fuck!" She cursed again loudly, wishing fully that she could just crawl into a hole and die. It was like she couldn't even stop herself, and somehow she just knew what to do.
That had been her first kiss. She just kissed Jasper Hale, and he abruptly pushed her off and left.
Really, she felt shameful, her cheeks still glowing pink as she muttered curse after curse beneath her breath.
They were partners in photography, meaning she wouldn't be able to ignore him for long.
Stupid fucking boy.

Jasper was freaking out slightly as he slammed her front door shut, his eyes gazing around the dark empty street in front of him.
Humans were fragile — breakable. And still, this 17-year-old girl had thrown herself onto him with everything she had, smashing her lips against his as if he couldn't break her. It took everything he had in him to not shatter her with his hands, instead opting to channel everything through the kiss.
He shouldn't have encouraged it, but he found himself kissing her back — with no hesitation.
Was it normal for a vampire to be scared? A small, sarcastic chuckle left his lips at the thought of it as he made his way into the forest that surrounded Sara's house, disappearing into the dark and foggy area.
The trees grew thicker as he walked, his mind still running with mixed emotions and thoughts.
The thought of accidentally breaking her scared him, which was strange given the number of times he had almost killed her. He had gotten past those urges a bit ago, but given his vampire state, a large majority of himself thirsted for her blood, meaning he would never be free from her. He wanted to laugh at the world's humor — not only was his mate a god damn human, but that human had to also be his blood singer.
What kind of fucked up world is this? Jasper was damned the moment he approached those women — the moment he laid his eyes upon the inhumanly beautiful mortal known as Maria. He was damned to burn forever.
At times like this, he wished alcohol affected his body.
Long time, no see 😂
