Scotty Doesn't Know

It was another one of those nights when Liam snuck outside at 10pm after a whole afternoon he spent with Hayden.

Of course, she was his girlfriend and she enjoyed every single minute she got to spend with Liam, but unfortunately it's been a while since Liam felt the same way.
He loved Hayden, at least he thought he did, but everything changed when an old friend from Stiles' and Scott's past showed up.

And since that moment, Liam was doubting his sexuality, still trying to convince himself that he's one hundred percent straight, and he was very good at it, really (until he started having very pleasant dreams about Theodore Raeken) and until that exact Theodore Raeken asked him out. Since then, Liam didn't even once deny his feelings for Theo.

The problem was, that Liam just wasn't capable of telling Hayden that he lost all romantic feelings for her and that he started seeing her only as a good friend. Especially when she was always so excited to see him.

"What should I do?" Liam pleaded hopelessly, head in his palms, starting at his worn out jeans. "I can't hurt her but I can't be with her, pretending that I love her when I don't!"
"So why don't you just play it behind her back? I mean, until you're ready to tell her?" Theo suggested with a smile. "I-I guess you're right."
"Of course I am, baby wolf. It's never the other way around." Theo whispered with a smirk placed against Liam's neck as his hand slowly traced up his jeans and Theo's fingers finally touched Liam's skin under his hoodie.

"So, does anyone know?"
"Huh?"
"Does anyone know you're dating me, and much more behind her back?" Theo asked in an intimidating tone as they both walked hand in hand down the empty streets of Beacon Hills close to midnight.
"Stop it, idiot!" Liam felt himself blushing and tried hiding it by looking away from Theo, who just squeezed his hand and chuckled. "No one knows. Not even Scott."
"So... big ol' Alpha Scotty doesn't know?" Theo laughed and before Liam could say anything-

*camera snap*

"What the fuck?!" Liam wheezed and let go of Theo's hand. "Scotty doesn't know what, Liam?" It was Stiles, standing right behind the two boys, with his phone in his hand and a big grin on his face. "Oh boy," Theo chuckled as if he knew what was coming.
"Mieczyslaw, give me the fucking phone or I swear I'll rip your arms off!" But Stiles only chuckled happily, as if he'd completely forgotten that Liam was a werewolf diagnosed with anger issues and was totally capable of doing just that.

"Theodore, tell your boyfriend to stop being cranky," Stiles gave a fatherly look to Theo, who was really surprised at that moment," And Liam, I hate to be the one saying this, but you should totally dump Hayden. You really think I didn't notice the change in looks? You're staring here at Mr. First-Chimera ass like you want him to rail you during lunch break and you're giving Hayden the looks you give Mason. And Scott's just plain stupid to notice, so I had to get proof, yeah?"

"Rail me during lunch break?! Stiles, are you fucking-" "Genious. Stilinski man, you're a genious! Thanks for the idea!" Theo laughed and both boys gave him a strange look. "Oh man, you two can't take a joke?" "Just shut up, Theo. I don't want to be a part of your kinks." Stiles scoffed and Liam started blushing again, mainly because he imagined the situation.

"Okay, so which one of us three are going to tell Scott, the rest of the pack and Hayden?" Stiles set the priority question, after a moment of awkward silence.
"Hayden!" Theo shot his arm in the air as if he was in school.

"What the fuck, babe?! Why on Earth would you tell her? She's my girlfriend after all!"
"Okay, so first of all, your ex-girlfriend whom you're dragging around as play-pretend while getting laid by me," "TOO MUCH INFO, RAEKEN! Leave it for the bedroom!" Stiles reminded him loudly, earning a laugh from the chimera.

"Second, I really hate her to my guts and it'll be my pleasure to tell her that she has been replaced by someone better amd more handsome, and third, you'd probably chicken out because you don't like hurting people's feelings." "Fair point though," Stiles surprisingly agreed.

In the end, Liam ended up telling Scott about his feelings for Theo, Stiles had announced it to the rest of the pack, which ended up with one wasted Mason, who was babbling "I knew it! We should've placed bets!" And one tired Corey who had to take care of his happy, drunk boyfriend. And at last but not least, Theo got his chance to tell Hayden about being fired from her girlfriend position.

It ended with Theo's nose getting broken and with a hysterically sobbing Hayden, running through the school hall, tripping and high-fiving the floor with her face. And Theo was very lucky to get it all on camera. The broken nose was so worth it, Theo thought.

"This day couldn't have been better!" Theo was in tears when he showed the video to Liam as they both laughed. "You're such an ass, Theo!" "You're an ass for laughing at your ex," Theo pointed out, "But you still love me." Liam smiled genuinely, ignoring the video. "I never thought I would, but I do. And I'm really happy that I don't have to hide it anymore."

"OH FOR CHRIST'S SAKE GET A ROOM!" Stiles screamed from the kitchen. "Let's make him regret saying this, whatcha say, baby wolf?" "Gladly."
